3rd POV

Kakashi was sitting on the toilet seat looking at the pregnancy test in his hand. He couldn't believe his eyes, even though he should expect that. He knew he was born with an uterus and the doctors always told him to be aware of the fact that he can get pregnant, but he would never think it could really happen. Kakashi spend the night with his best friend, Y/n. He wanted to lose his virginity to someone he could trust, and since neither of them had a boyfriend they had sex.

Flashback

Kakashi and Y/n were laying on the bed in Kakashi's room, watching a movie. They would do it every weekend and after watching a movie they were rating it form one to ten. This time wasn't different from the previous ones. Then the steamy scene started between the main characters and Kakashi saw Y/n tensed. The view was also working on Kakashi. Y/n wanted to get up and go to the bathroom, to get rid of the raging boner he got, but Kakashi stopped him.

-Y/n...- he said. –Don't go. If you want we can do it.

-Are you sure? – asked Y/n sitting down on the bed.

-Yes, I want you to be my first. – answered Kakashi and looked in Y/n's eyes.

They leaned in for a kiss and let the magic happen.

End of Flashback

Kakashi took a deep breath and sighed heavily. They didn't use condom. He knew he should tell Y/n about it, but he didn't know how. Y/n didn't know that Kakashi could get pregnant. Kakashi went to his bedroom and laid down on the bed. His phone buzzed on the nightstand, so Kakashi took it in his hand. He got a message form Y/n, he was worried that Kakashi wasn't at school. Kakashi decided to call him. He picked up after two rings.

-Hey. – said Y/n through the speaker. – Are you okay?

-Not really. – answered Kakashi. – Can you drop by? I'd appreciate if you got ice cream on your way.

-Sure, be there in a few. – said Y/n and hung up.

Ten minutes later Y/n was at Kakashi's door. Before he could knock the door opened. Kakashi let Y/n in. They went to the living room and sat on the couch.

-I got you ice cream. – said Y/n and set the box on the coffee table.

-Thanks. – Kakashi looked down. – There's something important I should tell you.

-Go on.

-I'm pregnant.

Y/n blinked few times before he chuckled.

-Kakashi, you can't be pregnant. You're a man.

-Yes I can, I was born with uterus. And you cummed in me.

Y/n ran a hand through his hair not knowing what to say. They were both young, they weren't ready. None of them had a job, they were students for fucks sake.

-Holly shit. – was all he said. Kakashi felt tears fall down his cheeks. The hormones were taking advantage of him. Y/n heard the soft sobs coming from his best friend so he hugged him tight. The contact made Kakashi break into full blown crying. Y/n held him there, waiting for him to calm down. – Listen. – said Y/n after Kakashi calmed down. – I will take care of both of you.

-Really?

-Yeah. We will go through this together.

Time skip

Y/n kept his promise. He was running errands, cooking, cleaning the house and did his best so Kakashi would be comfortable. He moved in Kakashi's house so he could take care of him better. Y/n's parents agreed on helping their son in becoming a responsible parent. His father decided to let his son help in his company so he could get some experience and take over.

The situation Kakashi and Y/n were in got them closer to each other. Kakashi noticed how much Y/n cared for him and the baby, and Y/n noticed how much Kakashi needed him in his life. They shared a much bigger piece of their lives now. Kakashi knew he liked Y/n far more than a friend before the whole pregnancy, and now they had one more thing in common.

The time passed fast. In no time Kakashi was laying in the hospital bed waiting for the C-section. Y/n was in the waiting room. As soon as the cramps appeared the doctor and the nurses started the surgery. After an hour the baby was already in Y/n's arms as Kakashi was still asleep. He woke up few minutes later and stared at Y/n with their son.

-How do you feel? – asked Y/n as he sat down next to Kakashi to show him the baby.

-Sore, but nonetheless happy. – smiled Kakashi in response.

-I love you Kakashi. I love both of you. – Kakashi widened his eyes at the confession.

-Really?

-Yeah, really. – smiled Y/n and kissed Kakashi's temple.

-I love you both too. – grinned Kakashi and leaned on Y/n's shoulder.
