Everything went so well and now that they finished having dinner, she told Austin to go upstairs and take a shower.
"I will be right back," he said, probably worried that she will feel awkward.
Most of the time when she is left with a stranger, she will feel that way but somehow there is something about this woman that made her feel like she has known her for so long.
"Do you want to see a picture of him when he was a little?" and that, from most of the question Ana had asked, got the fastest replied ever.
She wiped the front cover as a smile formed on her face, "It's a little bit dusty, I've been waiting to show this to the lucky girl Austin will bring home" then she quickly added, "he never bring any girl to our house before so I consider you the lucky one."
Alexa awkwardly scratch behind her ear, didn't know how to react to that. 'I should've wear something nicer' her inner voice shouted.
They both were carried away by the picture and stories behind them that they didn't realize that Austin is already there, laying his body on the door frame, until he cleared his throat.
"Mom I think she had enough of that, right Alexa?" but it's not a question so she didn't say anything.
The old woman clicked her tongue, "We were having fun! and well," she tap the pile of other albums, "I still have a lot of thing to show-"
"Mom, please."
"Just one second," she whisper onto Alexa's ear, "I'll just e-mailed you those pictures later dear."
"Mom!"
"Okay, okay!" She raised her hand in surrender before planting a kiss on Alexa's giggling face, "see you when I see you dear."
