(my apologies this is not a gif, it was all I could find)
We've calmed down now. Brian, Andrew and Allison are sitting on the couches we were getting high on, talking about Lord knows what, while Claire, Bender and I are near the tables. Claire and I sit on a table and flip through Bender's wallet, which is filled with pictures of girls, while Bender brushes his teeth with one of Claire's makeup brushes.
"Are all these your girlfriends?" she asks.
"Some of them," he replies plainly.
"What about the others?"
"Well, some I consider my girlfriends, some I just consider."
"Consider what?" I ask.
"Whether or not I wanna hang out with them," he says.
"You don't believe in just one guy, one girl?" Claire asks. I can tell Bender is getting annoyed by all the questions.
"Do you?"
"Yeah, that's the way it should be..."
"Well, not for me."
"Why not?"
Bender completely dodges the question. "How come you got so much shit in your purse?"
"How come you got so many girlfriends?"
"I asked you first."
Claire shrugs. "I dunno, I guess I never throw anything away."
"Neither do I."
"Oh..." Claire says softly.
"Asshole..." I mutter under my breath. To think this whole day, I thought he was into me. I'm so goddamn stupid and naïve.
"Problem, Cassie?"
"Yeah, I do have a problem."
"Care to elaborate?"
"Sure." I hop off the table and face Bender. "That's really cruel to drag someone on and make them think you want to go steady, but in reality you're just using them to get into their panties and move onto the next girl you find. You make girls think you wanna start a serious relationship, but then you bounce. That's a shitty thing to do. So that's why I think you're an asshole." I finish.
Claire stares at me wide-eyed, mouth hanging open. Bender just stares me down angrily. Before any of them can say anything, I storm off back to the second floor of the library.
