[omg 1k reads <3 thank you all so much!]
Bee was sitting on the end of her bed, her head in her hands. Her mind had been whirling the past few hours, trying to decide what to do. She had been dealing with personal problems the last few months, causing her to separate herself from her friends and to quit YouTube.
But, lately, she'd realized that quitting YouTube and ignoring her friends had only hurt herself further. She knew now she needed to get back to her old self, and not allow her problems to stop her from being happy.
So she let out the announcement she was back on Twitter. All of her friends and subscribers replied saying how excited and happy they were. She felt lighter, and full to the brim with smiles.
She knew she had to Skype Mitch first. Mitch and her had been together for only two months when Bee left. She had sadly broken it off with him since then, and she missed him terribly.
Bee didn't know if Mitch wanted to see or talk to her, but she had to try. So she was quite surprised when he answered on the second ring of the Skype call.
Her face immediately broke into a smile at the sight of Mitch's face. He was also smiling, and he said in a whisper "You're actually here."
She felt herself tear up, but she tried her hardest to shoo the tears. "I am."
They sat there in silence for a while, before Mitch said again, just as quietly "I've missed you."
Bee took a deep breath. "I've missed you too, Mitch. I should've never left YouTube, left... you." That last word came out as a faint whisper, but Mitch still caught it.
"Y-you regret ending things?" Mitch asked. He looked hopeful, and Bee's stomach turned.
"I have every day since." She confirmed, looking down at her keyboard.
She glanced up to see that Mitch's face had split into a wide smile. "I can't believe you're actually back. It's been so hard without you Bee."
She bit her lip. "I'm so sorry I put you through it. Not just you, everybody."
She let the tears spill this time, and she laughed nervously, moving her hair out of her eyes.
"Hey." Mitch said, and Bee saw he moved his face closer to his webcam, so she could see each individual freckle that splashed his nose. "It's okay. I'm okay."
She met his blue eyes, and they both smiled softly.
[I'm so happy Bee's back agh!]
