[guys 2k???? oh god tysm :) and this is a short one again I'm sorry!]

Parker was laying on his bed, his phone up to his ear, listening to his boyfriend rant about work.

It was almost like a movie moment, when they split the screen so you can see both people, laying in the same position, and they look at the clock and say "Wow, I can't believe it's gotten so late."

I say almost because it wasn't like that exactly. For one thing, Parker and Michael weren't saying really romantic lovey-dovey stuff to one another. They had also realized long ago that it was late, and they weren't surprised.

Since Parker and Michael lived thousands of miles from one another, and they both lead busy lives, it was late at night they got to talk. At the moment, it was 3:47 in the morning, and they both could feel the conversation dwindling to an end.

Parker laughed when Michael's heated spiel on his job ended. "I wish you could do YouTube all day like me." He mentioned. "Then we could record together more often."

"Do you wanna do a collab..." Michael sing-songed quietly, referencing Parker's popular parody video on his channel.

"Aw, c'mon! You gotta keep bringing that up?" Parker joked.

"You walked right into that time, admit it." Michael countered, before breaking into a yawn.

Parker glanced back at his bedside clock before stating "3:49."

"I gotta get up in like 4 hours." Michael responded in the same dull tone. It was these ending bits of the conversation that were really just depressing, having to say goodbye before leaving yourself with no one.

Parker, who was trying to bring up the mood, said tentatively "Tybzi?"

Michael cracked a smile, before saying back "No, Pybzi."

Parker felt his heart flutter at that. "Bye, I'll talk to you whenever I can."

"Bye babe. I love you." Michael said, imagining Parker as he said this. Of course he'd be wearing that shirt he wears in all of his videos, and his hair would be frumpled up from his pillow.

"I love you too!" Parker replied before hanging up unwillingly.

Michael stared up at his ceiling before turning over in his bed, so sad to be alone, and feeling so empty with no Parker next to him.
