Nervous - part two

(Reece's POV)

I was now laying beside George on the bed, slightly out of breath.

"Well that was-"

"Incredible?" George interrupted.

"I was gonna say unexpected but that works too." I smiled.

We were both looking at the ceiling, our breathing finally steadying.

"I didn't even know you liked guys." He stated.

"Me either," I turned my head, looking him in the eyes. "Until I met you."

He smiled at me sweetly before leaning in and pressing a soft kiss against my lips. He pulled away and looked back to the ceiling, looking deep in thought.

What does this make us? Did this mean anything to him? Did it mean anything to me? It definitely meant something to me. Oh god.

My anxiety started kicking in again. I guess this explains why I've never really felt anything towards a girl, but I've never really felt anything towards guys either until now. I was so confused, but all I knew was that I like George and that we need to talk about this.

"Um, G, George?" I said shakily, grabbing his attention.

I could see in his eyes that he was nervous too.

"Yeah?" He replied quietly.

"We should probably talk about this."

"Can we put some proper clothes on first?" He asked, giggling a little.

"Yes, yes we can." I chuckled back.

At least he knows how to lighten the mood. We put our clothes back on and sat down next to each other on my bed.

You can do this Reece. Anxiety is all in your head, you can't let it take control. You've got this.

"So... That happened."

"I'm aware." He nodded with a cute but cheeky smile. "Continue."

"I guess I just want to know where I stand."

God I was so nervous. I'm literally shaking so much. I guess it's because I've never had to do this before, especially with a guy. Usually I know where I stand, usually I decide where I stand but not this time. Not with George.

"I like you, Reece. I knew you were different from the moment we met. And even though we've only known each other for like a day, I trust you and I feel like we could work. But only if you want to."

I didn't know what to say. I froze for a moment and in that moment, I could see the panic in George's eyes.

"Or just forget I said any of that.." He said as he started to stand up, obviously embarrassed.
