A/N: HAPPY (or not so happy) VALENTINES DAY!
I hope you enjoy this chapter lol x

(Reece's POV)

Today was Valentines Day, or in other words, "remind Reece how single he is" day. I've had a Valentine's date before... when I was 12. Even Blake had a date this year! He wouldn't tell us who it was, but he's been really happy lately so I didn't really mind.

"Reece, wake up, I'm bored." George shook me.

I groaned and rolled to face the other way.

"Reecey, please!" He whined.

I didn't even bother putting up a fight, too exhausted for that right now.

I sat up and glared at him.

"Couldn't you just entertain yourself?" I asked.

"On Valentines Day? That's lame."

I sighed. "Okay, okay. Just let me have a shower first, then I'll hang out with you."

He agreed to that, leaving me alone to shower.

After I'd gotten dressed I went into the kitchen for breakfast. But before I could eat anything, George appeared to ruin that too.

"Don't eat."

I groaned. "And why not?"

He chuckled, shaking his head and taking the box of cereal from my hand.

"You're so grumpy on Valentines Day."

"Because I'm single and lonely. Can I have my cereal now?" I sighed.

He grinned. "Nope. We're going out for breakfast."

"A date? Gee, I'm flattered." I said in the most disinterested tone I could muster.

"Actually," his face changed to one of thought. "that's not a bad idea."

I rolled my eyes, grabbing a jacket since it's cold outside.

"I was kidding."

"I'm not. We're both single, but we don't have to be lonely. I mean, it's not like it's gonna kill us to not be miserable for once, c'mon. Be my Valentine?" He grinned cheesily.

I sighed - again - and nodded. "Fine, I'll be your date. But I'm only doing this to shut you up."

"Oh, I'll make you enjoy this." He said with that same grin.

I didn't bother responding before I walked outside into the cool breeze. He followed shortly after, definitely not in enough layers for this weather.

"So, where are you taking me?" I grunted.

He chuckled. "You're so sour."

But he didn't answer my question. I figured out soon enough when we turned up at some nice looking breakfast joint. He led me inside and I cringed at the decorations.
