(Reece's POV)

"Reece, I have a problem!" George half shouted, bursting into my room.

He mumbled a little 'oh' when he saw I was shirtless and turned around to face the wall.

"Care to elaborate?" I chuckled.

George and I are good friends. He tends to let himself into my house quite often but this time he seemed to have a mission.

"My parents were pressuring me about getting a girlfriend, trying to set me up and all so I told them I'm seeing someone..." He elaborated.

He turned back around and sat on my bed now that I'm fully clothed. I sat next to him.

"But you're gay."

"Yeh, that's my problem. They don't know that yet." He said as if I was stupid. I just laughed. "They told me to bring my date to dinner. Would now be a good time to break the news?"

"Only if you're ready."

"I am. But I still need a boyfriend..." He said, side eyeing me.

"What are you suggesting?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Could you pleaseee be my fake boyfriend? It's only for tonight!" He said desperately.

"Why me?"

"You know me better than anyone! You're the only person I can trust with this."

Then, his puppy dog eyes turned on.

"Ugh, fine! But only for one night." I gave in.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" He cheered before running out of my house.

Well okay then. I guess I should get ready for this dinner.

After a lot of time spent in the bathroom fixing my hair and panicking, I arrived at George's house just on time. I knocked on the door. I got more and more nervous by the second, but why? We're good friends, it's not like I'm actually meeting my boyfriends parents. He opened the door and wow did he look beautiful.

It's normal to think your friend are beautiful right? Surely.

"Ok just act all couple-y, call me cute names and do whatever you can to convince them. Got it?" He whispered.

He looked so panicked and I couldn't help but laugh.

"George babe, we'll be fine." I smiled, placing my hand on his shoulder reassuringly.

We walked into the kitchen where his parents were and I smiled politely.

"You must be Reece, George's... boyfriend?" His mum asked. I nodded. "Sorry, it's still a bit new for us." She smiled. "It's nice to meet you. I'm Natasha."

"You too." I smiled as I shook her hand. "And you must be George's dad. It's nice to meet you as well." I said, reaching out a hand for him to shake which he did.

"Yes, you too. I'm Tony." He smiled. "Take a seat boys, the foods almost done."

We sat next to each other and George decided to play some music to lighten the mood. For You by The Vamps played first. What a beautiful song. I could see George was nervous so I started serenading him, which he seemed to like judging by the grin on his face.
