~~~~Floyd Lawton aka Deadshot~~~~
Since being in the Suicide Squad, well Waller prefers Task Force XL, we've faced countless missions. Some will have Waller waking us up in the middle of the night and others will give us a couple of hours of prep.
But it was starting to drain us. After Copperhead's death, she was replaced with June.
June is some witch, but all I see is a quite girl. And if I know anything about quite girls: it's that they have the best stories to tell.I walked to the mess hall, the only place we're allowed in besides our cells.
I found June sitting by herself, picking on her dull food."Hey May," I greeted as I took a seat across from her.
"It's June," she whispered.
"I'm pretty sure the month is March," I try my best to stay serious, but I couldn't help the smirk that tugged my lip.
"No, my name is June."
"And mines is Floyd." I then pulled out my hand to meet hers. But she looked at me confused."Hey, I was just trying to lighten you up," I pulled away my hand and reached for something I placed under the seat.
"I know I need help to lighten up sometimes," I said as I placed in front of us a bottle of whiskey.
June's wood brown eyes grew in size as she mumbled a response.
"How? How did you get that in here? You know Waller doesn't want us to drink."
"It's funny what a guard believes," I gave out a dry laugh
"What do you mean?"
I took a hard sip and answered, "I told a guard I was going to find his family and put a bullet between all their eyes."June's brows furrowed and I felt a smile grow from me.
"Like I said, a guard will believe anything. I mean does he really think I, Deadshot master marksman, will kill a random family for a drink?"
June seemed confused and played with her fingers.
"You only kill for money," she said, trying not to make eye contact.
I took a sip of whiskey and replied, "No money in the world would make me break up a family."June looked taken back as she looked at the bottle in my hand.
"Want some?" I lifted the bottle to her but she shook her head no.
"Well, Moone, I don't know a whole lot about you," I grabbed her untouched fruit cup. Opened it and threw the fruit over my shoulder. June gasped as I slammed the now empty fruit cup on the table. "And I know exactly the way to fix that."
I filled the empty fruit cup with whiskey.
"I said I didn't want any, Floyd."
"And you don't have to. You can leave and I'll see you on the next mission," June looked down,"Or you can stay and play a game with me."June bit her bottom lip, fighting a smile,"What kind of game?"
I smirked, "A question game. I'll ask you a question, you answer it. But if you refuse to answer, you take a shot of this whiskey here. Simple?"
June smile and replied, "Simple.""My game, I go first. OK, let's see something classy," I winked at June, "I know! What's the worst thing you, June Moone, have ever done?"
June looked down at the cup of liquor. Her small hand reached for the cup. I pouted as I whispered, "No, no, no."I guess she heard me cause she stopped and looked up at me.
"Well, I don't know if you would consider this bad, bad?"
"Go on."
"I sorta slashed my ex's tire."I scoffed at her answer, but she wasn't done.
"But he didn't care. He just replaced them. Almost as easy as he replaced me. One day I followed him to his new girlfriend's house. The girl he replaced me with! She had these two vicious pit bulls that she hasn't tend two. I saw the hunger in their eyes. I found my ex and his new bitch and poured meat sauce all over them!" She looked up at me with a smirk.
