Sung Jae went back to his office, and told his personal assistant, Seon Ho, that he wanted to stop being his perverted client's lawyer. Even though Seon Ho informed him that they pay was high, Sung Jae told him that money was not the issue, and he would never help these kind of people again.

Seon Ho then saw Sung Jae's ring and said, "Boss, new ring?"

"It's my marriage ring," Sung Jae replied with a straight face while signing some documents.

"Oh! Congratulations to you and So Hyun."

"I didn't marry her."

"Boss, don't joke with me. Who doesn't know that you only have So Hyun for the past 6 years?"

"Do you want to look at my marriage contract?" Sung Jae asked.

"Ahhh gwenchana, gwenchana (it's okay, its okay), anyway marriage is a good thing no matter who you marry," Seon Ho said before walking out the office.

"Seon Ho-yah," Sung Jae stopped him. "Can you give me the website where they sell dolls and plushies?"

"Sorry Boss, why do you keep wanting me to buy dolls etc?" Seon Ho asked.

"It's for my daughter."

Seon Ho was shocked, but he just went on with it. "Ahhhhh, there's nothing wrong with a shotgun marriage! It's what people do nowadays, nothing strange... nothing strange.. anyway boss, when's the expected date?"

Sung Jae raised his eyebrow and hissed, "My daughter is five years old."

Eyes widened and speechless, Seon Ho was quickly shoo-ed out the office, feeling super confused.

After meeting Min Jae, Soo Young went to Sung Jae's house. Sami was at home and welcomed her in. She showed Soo Young her room, which was decorated in pink wallpaper, and a pink princess bed with dolls and plushies. Sami said she wanted to invite her friends from Jeju village over. However, Soo Young said that they can't come here as it is too far.

Sami started tearing as she realised that even Min Jae would not be with her anymore, but she was still happy because she wanted to be with Sung Jae.

Later, when Soo Young was making kimchi fried rice for dinner for Sung Jae and Sami, Sung Jae's mother happened to come home. Sami hurriedly ran up to her and hugged her. "HALMONI!!!! (grandma) Come eat with us!! Omma made kimchi fried rice!!^^"

However, Sung Jae's mom didn't like it and pulled away from Sami's hug. "I'm not your grandma!" Soo Young saw it and rushed to pull Sami away. "Don't you know how to teach your kid? Don't go around simply calling me grandma," Sung Jae's mother said disapprovingly and then stated that she didn't want to live in that house anymore.

On the way back from the office, Sung Jae received a call from his assistant stating that the victim of his perverted client, Miss Oh, had attempted to commit suicide and was now at the ICU. Sung Jae was stunned but since he wasn't the client's lawyer anymore, it didn't concern him.

When he arrived home, he smiled when he saw the kimchi fried rice on the dining table.

He went to Sami's room and looked contented and gentle when he saw Soo Young tucking her in, but he quickly changed his expression when Soo Young turned around. Soo Young followed him to the kitchen and asked him if he'd eaten already because she made his dinner and he said he already did. Sung Jae then asked her where her luggage was and Soo Young replied that it was in the living room and that she had no chance to ask ahjumma (the nanny) where her room was. Sung Jae laughed mockingly. "Are you joking? Of course you should sleep in OUR room." He walked towards her intimidatingly, so she had to walk backwards.... until she fell on the bed. Sung Jae leaned in and said, "When I come out of the shower, I want to see a newlywed couple's room."

Soo Young then moved her luggage into the room, and when she was placing her clothes into the wardrobe, she saw Sung Jae's outfit he wore six years ago in the court when he fought for her. She was into the moment while remembering when suddenly Sung Jae appeared and asked her to look carefully at the car he had on his waist. Soo Young apologised but he said, "if you've been hurt, you've been hurt.. an apology is no use... this is what you said before." Soo Young broke the awkwardness and said that she would go sleep in Sami's room but all of the sudden Sung Jae scooped her up in his arms and threw her on the bed. "There's no need to act so innocent.. All my memory came back... including that night."

Soo Young tried to struggle out of his grasp and asked him to stop but he pinned her down and started kissing her neck. He didn't actually want to do it, he just wanted to get revenge for what she did. Unable to move, Soo Young stayed still and her tears flowed down her cheeks. Sung Jae saw it and stopped. "This should be to your benefit. Other than asking you to leave Min Jae's side, i don't see why you have to cry!" Sung Jae shouted.

"Min Jae would never do this to me..." Soo young said as a tear dripped onto the pillow.

Sung Jae looked hurt and in pain, he was so angry but also hated himself for doing this to her. He got off and stormed out the room.

The next day, Sung Jae was sleeping in the office when his assistant, Seon Ho came to tell him the bad news that he was on the headlines for being in suspicion of destroying the evidence of his perverted client's sexual harassment tape. Sung Jae's mother went home wanting to find Sung Jae and coincidentally saw Soo Young giving Sami her injections. She flinched in pain for Sami and looked sorry for her but when Sami saw her and ran up to her, she went back to the cool and mean demeanor. Sung Jae's mother then asked Soo Young what the headlines were about but Soo Young did not know anything of it.

"Aren't you both married? So Sung Jae don't even tell you these things?" Sung Jae's mother spitted.

Sung Jae suddenly appeared and said, "Because there was no need for her to know."

Sung Jae's mom told him that she's friends with the person in charge of the newspaper and that she would have a good talk with the person and make an article that would be in the favour of Sung Jae. Sung Jae hated that she always used despicable means to settle things and that she never ever cared for what was the truth. He then stormed away and slammed the door.

Soo Young quickly rushed up to his mother and apologised for his behaviour and told her that Sung Jae's not in a good mood, which explained his tone of voice.

"He's my son. I know him better than anyone else. There's no need for you to explain", Sung Jae's mom said and walked off.

After, Soo Young and Sung Jae walked Sami to her new kindergarten in Seoul.

Sami went to the playground and played at the slides when this other girl, Bona, pushed her to the ground and fell. Soo Young and Sung Jae quickly rushed up to Sami to see if she was hurt and Sung Jae carried her up to his arms to console her.

Bona's mother was kind of unconcerned about it so Sung Jae went up to her and asked her to take care of her child properly. She happened to be reading the newspaper and saw Sung Jae on the headlines. She then told Bona that she shouldn't play with Sami because her parents were 'monsters in disguise'. Sung Jae, Soo Young and Sami left the playground and Sung Jae seemed irritated. Soo Young went up to him wanting to console him because she knew that he felt guilty about it and didn't want him to be unhappy. "Even though I don't know Lawyer Yook, but I know Yook Sung Jae." She said some comforting words to make him feel better.

"If I didn't know for a fact that you like Min Jae, I would have thought your concern was true. Too bad, I'm not going to be tricked again," Sung Jae told her before he left for work, leaving Soo Young in distress.
