———Geno's POV———
After helping Ink down and calming Dream down, I let my thoughts wonder on to that criminal. He froze when I looked at him. Not in any harsh way but that seemed a little, weird?

"What happened there? Are you like some criminal scarer?" Ink joked as I looked at him with a disappointed look.

"I genuinely have no clue," I replied. Though I was rather curious. But since I don't have enough facts, I'll leave it for now.

We headed back to the office to be greeted by an excited Blue.

"Guess what guys! There is an officer coming to Australia!" He said in his usual high pitch tone.

"Really!? That's amazing!"Dream responded.

"But there's always a catch,"

"Damn the catch," I replied.

"Well, there's an assassin loose in this state. Came from Australia..."

"WHAT?" Ink shouted. I could obviously understand that because there will be two cases at the same time. Too hard to handle.

"When's he coming?" I asked

"Tomorrow,"

"Well, I guess we have to work harder then..."Ink said, growing quietly.

"Great,"

———Error's POV———

I was sitting in the balcony overlooking the city once more. But however hard I try to enjoy the view, those colourful eyes came back in my mind. It's like it's stuck there forever. Ugh. He's just a normal civilian like them all, I could maybe kidnap him-

"Heya," I jumped in surprise to see him behind me. He laughed as I looked at him unimpressed.

"What do you want?"

"Just seeing if you're fine after the police incident. You seemed pretty scared after looking at the white and red coloured skeleton. Got a problem with him?" He asked curiously. What is with me and this person and how does everyone know.

"I have no clue,"

"Huh. He seemed pretty suspicious in my case,"

"Really?"

"I mean. Did you see the scars on his arms?"

"I was busy escaping dumbass,"

"Tch Whatever. He's a criminal in my perspective but he is also a police. Hah. Chaotic good,"

"Is there a problem with you and him?"

"Nothing. Just curious,"

"Well, I better get going since police are taking patrols around here any minute. See ya later," I jumped off as he said a mere 'bye'. Honestly he is pretty awkward but he's pretty helpful to the team. However he couldn't join us completely before hiding all his records. You should've seen the amount of murder he does for a living.

I slipped through the darkness and back to the hideout. Along the way, I notice someone walking down the path and guess who it was.

The art skeleton.

I decided to have another chat with him, since there is something rather unique about him.

I walked up from behind him and grabbed him, covering his mouth. He struggled and squirmed around but I held him tightly.

"Ok. We are going to do he easy way. If you are uncooperative, I'll do it the hard way, involving you dying," he froze as I lead him to a secret base, covering his eyes as he didn't talk much.

Upon arrival, I shoved him in the small house and checked for anyone outside. The sight was clear and I slammed the door close, locking it so that it prevents him from escaping.

I looked at him as he huddled up in the corner, his hands twitching. I walked over to him and knelt down so that my face was facing his.

"What's your name?"

"W-what?"

"I asked what's your name?"

"I-Ink"

"Huh. Suitable to your artistic features and colourful eyes,"

"...t-thanks, but why am I here?" I looked at him as his eyes glowed. I thought it was pretty admiring and I would have definitely gotten myself hypnotised.

"You here because I want to talk to you,"

"Ok. What do you want me to talk about?"

"Why do your eyes glow like that?"

"Um. I dunno. It happens like that. I don't have a specific reason..."

"Hmm. Why are you adorable then?"

"W-what?!"

"Is that a bad question or what?"

"I-um don't know..." I stared at him before completely giving up.

"Fine. I'll let you go. But keep in mind, you won't find me here again so don't try calling the police, got it?" I said to him sternly. He gulped as he nodded. "Good," and from that, I unlocked the door and left.

———Ink's POV———

Phew. Acting scared out of my mind was definitely hard work, especially if you don't know if you are completely showing yourself off to a criminal.

Error seemed, different from what others say about him. And I think he's gotten a liking to meee! Maybe I should go with the flow to see where it ends. Maybe I could infiltrate their real hideout.

Thoughts raced in my mind thinking of all the ways I could use this to my advantage. As I got back to the office I was met by the boss.

"Where were you?"

"I spotted one of the criminals but they slipped away in time,"

"You could've called backup,"

"No I've got something planned. It'll be alright!" I said cheerfully.

"Ah ok then. Well I was waiting for you because the new officer from Australia has arrived!" He said. I mentally slapped myself as I completely forgot about someone coming in.

I walked into the boss's office to see an officer in Australia's trademark white and black uniform. He had mismatched red and white eye lights with a red cut under his right eye. He had a long black and white scarf with a golden locket.

He stood up and turned to look at me, straight in the eye. In all honesty, that was pretty scary. That was when I noticed the massive knife strapped on his back. This guy meant business.

"Hello, welcome to New York Police Department. It's great to see you here from a country so far away from here!" I tried acting nice. He gave a small smile before walking up to me with his hands awaiting for a handshake.

"Nice to meet you Ink. Heard a lot about you,"

"Aw thanks! What's your name?"

"Just call me Cross,"
