--- Reaper's POV ---
Error led the way as he showed us the way out. I went through the familiar route from when we came here to save Nightmare. Thankfully we knew this route otherwise we would've been stuck there, probably tortured and dead.
Once Horror helped Lust through the small trapdoor outside the mansion, we were all outside.
"Now where do we get a helicopter?" Classic asked as he stood close to Fell.
"Oh, it's here," Error pointed straight ahead to reveal a huge chunk of land, concrete as the floor as you could see several types of planes situated here.
"How the hell is your dad is this rich man?" I exclaimed, looking at Fresh who shrugged his shoulder.
"He cheated to get the money he has. So many lives ruined by him. Don't want the same thing to happen to the rest of the world," Error said deeply. Everyone went quiet due to the sudden change in emotions in the air.
"Don't worry! We will help you stop him," Blue said ecstatically, obvious on trying to spread the positive emotions. Error gave a small smile while Ink came up to him, putting his hand on his shoulder.
"We're right behind you," Ink said reassuringly. I saw the positivity on Error as he looked over to the helicopter that I could see in the distance.
"The heli is over there. Normally, those are checked each day so we don't need to worry about fuel or anything," Error pointed out as he paced his way to the heli.
"Are you sure it will fit all 12 of us?" Dust asked, inspecting the helicopter.
"It can fit up to 20 people brah. We will be fine!" Fresh said as he hopped onto the helicopter. Dust shrugged as he got on the plane. Everyone strapped in the safety belts as Error got on the pilot's seat. I could see him confusedly looking at some of the buttons and Blue noticed it too.
"Move aside please," Blue said to Error as he got off the seat and to the assistant pilot seat next to him. Blue put on the headphones situated on the seat and pressed some random buttons on the control pad. The whirring of the engine was heard.
"Are you all ready?" Blue said into the small microphone that was connected to his headphone. Since all the passengers were wearing the headphones, we could hear him clearly. I gave him a thumbs up after Ink strapped his belt on as Blue pulled the control stick, aviating the helicopter.
"Woah!" I could hear Killer saying as he looked out of the window as Blue pulled the control stick even further, making the helicopter go up to its normal distance from the ground when flying it.
"Next stop, Washington DC," Blue said as he piloted the helicopter, going straight towards Washington DC.
During the flight, I was bored of looking out of the window and taking my mind off what had happened. I could feel fear swelling up inside my body, but since I was a skilled assassin, this was a very new feeling for me. I don't experience many emotions due to the number of people I kill for a living but having this emotion was hitting me really hard.
"You look you've seen something terrible," I heard Cross, who had changed the settings on the headphone to only speak to me and vice versa.
"Of course we all saw something terrible," I said sarcastically as he huffed.
"I know but you look...odd?" he questioned as I got myself comfortable on the seat.
"It's weird, to feel emotions ya know?" I hesitated. Look at me. Talking to the same person that has been after me for years. He noticed my expression before looking down.
"Hey, I know we're supposed to be bitter enemies. But since I've known you a little more, you're not of a really bad person. You just did this job to look after your brother," he said, looking up to check if he was hurting my feelings or not.
"I hope he's doing fine in school. I couldn't have the chance to see him since my identity had to be covered," I replied. Cross looked up at me before giving a small smile.
"I see you're gaining all the emotions you've lost before all this," he said, slightly cheerfully.
"Yeah. I can feel it as if it's affecting my entire body. And when I met Geno, that was when the first time I felt something. Something...new I suppose," I felt the feelings come back to me.
"That's a good thing, you know? To have feelings. I...think you're better off with it than without it!" Cross exclaimed as I gave out a small laugh. I looked over to Fell who was sitting in between Classic and Sci. Cross looked over and saw the situation he was in and how oblivious he was.
"He's so stupid, I can't even look!" I said disappointingly as Cross started laughing.
"That's true,"
--- President's POV ---
Today the staff had set a 'Bring your kids to work' day and me, being the humble President, allowed them to do so. Even though this place is necessary for work, it's lovely to see all the children having fun and learning something new each time. I sighed as I saw my secretary's son walking into the room, hiding behind him.
"It's a good day sir," he said cheerfully as he ruffled his son's hair.
"Yes...yes it is..." I uttered out to him. Suddenly the alarm went off, blaring throughout the entire room. The kid was terrified as he held onto his father as he hugged him back. Suddenly, one of the soldiers came barging through the door.
"Sir! You need to come to the safe zone. The White House is being infiltrated!" the soldier shouted as he gestured frantically to follow him. I looked at the secretary, who was holding his son, running toward the soldier. I immediately followed him after, running down the hallways.
Suddenly, the lights went out.
"Stay calm sir," he assured us. Not moments later did a gunshot was heard and echoed through the hallway. I saw the soldier crumble to the ground, lifeless. The secretary held onto his son tightly as I stepped in front of them, making them less of a target to get hurt.
I heard the echoes of several footsteps coming towards us until the light flickered back on, revealing several people.
"It's a great honour to meet the President," the cold, dark voice was emitted from the man in the middle. I got a good look of the view to see the man covering his face to cover his identity. Next to him, I saw four men, all trying to hold someone still as someone else was standing next to the man, gripping his jacket and looking away from me.
"Who are you!?" I asked as the man chuckled.
"No need. But I think you're willing to meet your sons, am I correct?" he grinned as he signalled the men to come closer towards me. There, I could see the people they were holding in their grips. Their eyes caught me off guard as they look wide-eyed at me.
