THIRD PERSON

Blaster was still quite hesitant about trying to call out Unique from afar since his presence wasn't so welcoming at all. Unique was a little bit more aggressive looking today, and Blaster didn't want to unleash the infuriating anger and ill thoughts from Unique's mess of a mind.

It was midnight and Unique was just staring at the moon, like some type of guy who talks to the moon whenever he feels down.

Unique wasn't smoking or anything like the usual thing he'd do. He was just sitting down at the grass, leaning at the tree that was giving him shade. It was peaceful. It was giving him a peace of mind. The sound of the leaves falling relax him. The sound of silence. The darkness was giving him peace.

Blaster's eyes nervously roamed around the room, and whilst shaking, he tapped Unique's shoulder and whispered a soft "hey.."

"What?!"

Blaster's eyes widened at Unique's irritated response; his eyebrows were narrowed and his voice was raised in a higher and louder tone. Blaster felt like tears dwelling up from his eyes but he quickly wiped it away as his hands were intensely trembling.

Breathing in and out carefully and softly, Blaster tried to pick up the words to say without any difficulties breathing, but he failed at doing so.

"Uh, Zild's looking for you.." Said Blaster who sat beside the mildly raged teenage boy not too far away from him. Unique rolled his eyes at the name of Zild, and looked away from Blaster. "Tell them I'll be going home tomorrow."

"You know it's rainy, right? If you get ill well then it's gonna be my fault, ain't it? But you can go at my house though!" Blaster enthusiastically suggested after giving Unique a little sermon in which Unique rolled eyes at afterwards.

"Your parents." Unique answered automatically.

"Oh. Yeah."

"They won't let me sleep beside you like we used to do when we were kids. They won't let me talk to you anymore. They won't. They hate me. Now, stay away from me. They probably talk shit about me behind my back."

"I'll just drop you off your house, then. I mean, I'm with you anyway so you don't have to worry about that." Unique faked a chuckle at Blaster's words. "I'm afraid of ghosts."

"I'll let you sleep beside me, when they get inside, you'll go under the bed or inside the closet."

"Closet? So that makes me a closeted gay, then?" Unique jokes, finally looking at Blaster who was beside him.

"No..? I mean if you are, I'll support you with what you want but you know.. right?"

"You know I'm joking.. right?" And Unique smiled sarcastically, slowly smiling slightly in a hidden manner; trying to hide his emotions.

"Let's go home..?" Blaster asks hesitantly, "I don't know. Don't wanna go back to that shithole yet."

"But it's showering."

"I don't care, really.." Then Unique chuckled subtly; smiling at Blaster. Those little airy chuckles made Blaster's race a little bit. It gave him mini heart attacks and it made everything move so slow even if the time's moving fast.

Blaster stared at the guy light up his cigarette; he was slowly drowning in fascination as he stared into the guy's face. He could no longer feel the smoke enter and fill up his lungs 'cause he already did in the pool of his feelings. He felt like he was staring into the eyes of his venus; his lover; a man that he could call his own.

"High school really changed the both of us.." Unique spoke his thoughts out loud, startling right after those words escaped his mouth. "Damn, didn't mean to say that-"

"No, it's completely okay." Blaster chuckled, smiling at Unique. "I think it's us that changed the both of us. Not an educational institute. I mean, we chose to be this. We all chose to be who are right now; well, that depends on some instances though; but you get the gist of it, right?"

"I mean, you're right. But I didn't choose to a fucking runaway brat, Blaster. I didn't want to be a fucking runaway brat. My dad's an abusive fuck and I suffered under his dirty hands for roughly sixteen years of my life.  I fucking hate him, and it's completely his fucking fault. I wanna step on him like this fucking cigarette butt when I throw it down the ground."

"I understand. My dad gets abusive too." Blaster smiles.

A moment of silence passed by; quietness filling the atmosphere. Everything silent and everything still. It's like they were frozen for a split second.

"Glad you do, 'cause no one does."
