Chapter 15 ~The Prank~

•Colby's POV•
I woke up cuddling with Brook and I smiled. We were just wearing our underwear and just made me think of how amazing last night was.

I get up and go to my desk and start to think of YouTube ideas. I think I am gonna do a prank but what prank? All of a sudden I feel a pair of hands on my shoulders.
"Good morning." Brook said kissing me.
"Morning. How do you feel?" I asked.
"Great." She smiled.
"Good." I laughed.
"So whatcha doin?"
"Thinking of a prank I should do and who on." I said thinking.
"I have the perfect prank! Especially after last night." She said laughing to herself.
"What is it?"
"How about we say that I'm pregnant to all of ur roommates. Like you gather them in one room and we tell them together."
"So we go buy a fake pregnancy test and tell them later or something?"
"Yeah cause you tell Sam everything so tell him about last night, I know you wanna." She laughed. "Cause I have to leave anyway."
"Alright I'll tell him later today and then call for a meeting in a couple weeks so it's more believable and I'll just find some video to do for this week. So we have to hide the cameras sometime before that."
"Sounds good. I'll pick up the fake pregnancy test on my way home."
"Okay. Love you, text me when you get home."
"I will. Love you bye." She said and left.

It was currently 11am so Sam should be awake. I knock on his door and go in. He was on his laptop editing a video.
"So? Last night?" Sam asked.
"Yup." I said smiling.
"My man Colby is growing up!!"
"Shut up Sam." I said laughing.
"I'm gonna go shower and stuff. Wanna go out for lunch?"
"Yeah sure. Let me know when."
"Sounds good."

•Brooks POV•
The whole drive home I couldn't stop smiling. Last night was amazing and just agh.
I make a stop at the store before I go home. I run inside and grab a box of the fake tests. I go to check out.
"Prancing your boyfriend?" The girl asked.
"No some friends." I said laughing.
"Well have fun with that." She said and I awkwardly walk out.

I leave them hidden in my car so my dad wouldn't see them. I go into my room and shower and get ready for the day.

•Two weeks later•

I go over to Colby's house right after school to set up the cameras because the meeting is gonna be at 4ish so we have about 45 minutes. We go up to his room after hiding the cameras and take out one of the tests. "Do you think it'll actually work?" I asked.
"It should."

Me and Colby go downstairs and sit down on the couch. The roommates start to come downstairs and sit on the couch as we stand up. Oh my gosh this is so weird.

•Colby's POV•

"So I wanted to tell you guys something that I haven't told anyone else. I haven't told my parents and she hasn't told hers either so like keep it on the down low and don't tell anyone this." I said looking over at Brooklyn as she looks down at her feet messing with her bracelets.

"What's going on? Your worrying be Colby." Sam said. Everyone else agreed with him.

"So um, Brook do you wanna tell them?" I look over at her and she shakes her head no and starts tearing up.
"So Brooklyn is pregnant." I said looking down at my feet. I look up at them to see their reactions and they are all in shock.

"Are you serious?" Sam and Jake asked.
"How did this happen?" Corey asked.

"I don't know. We used protection and everything." I said looking at her.
She looked at me.

"I'm not believing it until I see the test," Sam said.
Brook hands Sam the test and Aaron, Jake, Corey, and Sam look at it.
"Dude you guys are still in school for a couple months." Aaron said.
"I know. We don't know what to do." Brooklyn said.
"Well if you want to keep it, congratulations I guess." Aaron said. Everyone looks at him.

"Are you late for your period?" Devyn asked.
"Yes, it was suppose to start last week." She said crying. Wow she's a great actor.
Devyn gets up and hugs her and sits her down.

"I don't even know what to say." Sam said with his face in his hands.
"I know and we're both scared." I said.
"Well I guess we're all here for you and we'll support your decision." Sam said.
"When are you guys telling your parents?" Jake asked.
"We aren't going to." Brooklyn says standing next to me holding my hand.
"What why?" Devyn asks. "You have to."

"We probably shouldn't because it's just a prank and we don't want to give them heart attacks." Brook said and everyone shook their head and laughed.

"I knew it! Seriously but then she started crying and I saw the test and I was like, fuck Colby what'd you do." Sam said laughing.

"Where the cameras?" Jake asked.
I pointed to the 2 different cameras.
"Who's that 2nd one?" Sam asked.
"Mine, Brook got it for my birthday." I said and kissed her forehead.
They all shake their heads and we start laughing.
