- taehyung -

‹a month after the party›

“excuse me, mr. taehyung?” a voice stopped me from typing a file on my laptop, i looked up to see who it was.

“hey cha woo, what's poppin?” i greeted as i closed my laptop placing it on my bedside table.

“the president would like to see you.”

wait what? my dad didn't informed me earlier though. i thought he was busy?

i shrugged the thought off as i get off my bed, “let's go.” i said walking towards my dad's office with cha woo trailing behind me.

i was just wearing a white hoodie with my baggy pants paired with my gucci slippers, not presentable enough because my dad didn't even alarmed me that he's gonna have a sudden meeting with me and i don't think dressing up while being called immediately is a nice move.

i sighed as i reach my dad's office, knocking three times before stepping back.

click.

the door was opened by my dad's secretary, kim seokjin. he gave me a warm smile which i immediately returned.

seokjin, was also one of my greatest friend a.k.a brother along the process of my adolescent stage, but he's rarely around because my dad brings him a lot with him whenever he goes out of the country to pay state visits.

and i he also does a lot of paper works and attends a lot of meetings in behalf of my father.

he was already around when i turned 15, 2 years ago.

he was always there to give me ice creams whenever he sees me sulking or alone in my room studying. he would tell me about his life, and make me crack up with his dad jokes and most importantly lends me his shoulder whenever i feel like a down kid.

“it's been a long time tae! how are you?” he stated, excitement on his tone.

i couldn't blame anyone though, i was busy because of school and he was busy with his work.

“i've been doing great, how about you? still stuck on that pink chair of yours?” i teased, making his blood rush up to his face.

“uh n-no! of course not! i-i already changed my chair.” he defended.

i laughed, “you don't have to be embarrassed about your pink chair, pinky boy.”

i know he hates being teased about his favorite color, but i just love teasing him for fun.

“okay, enough.” he said regaining his posture, “your father is waiting for you.”

“oh, that's a drastic change of character you got there.” i acknowledged, walking towards my dad’s desk.

i stopped a few feet away, thinking it would be rude to interrupt him.

my dad was talking to someone, a guy.

his back was facing me so i couldn't tell if he's someone i know or not.

i stared at his back for awhile, damn those back muscles will be my death. he was wearing a black shirt with a black tight (really tight) jeans and a timberland boots oh go—

“oh taehyung! there you are” my dad’s voice snapped me out from my thoughts as i diverted my gaze back to him, “hey dad, why'd you call me?”

“i just want you to meet someone.” he said glancing at the guy whose back is still facing me.

i held my breathe as he turned around. my heart skipped a beat as i met those eyes again.
