everything is fuzzy. taehyung lost track of how many classes he had gone through before he finally had a small break between classes meant for lunch. now he aimlessly wanders the campus. he's not gonna eat. if his stomach won't accept the food, then he'll be deprived of all energy for the rest of the day. somehow, taehyung stumbles upon a familiar place. it's the place he had always come to with jimin. usually when they would talk and stuff their faces until lunch ended. now? taehyung can't even think of a piece of food without wanting to gag. he can't think of jimin without want to cry. he can't think of jimin without wanting to break down. this entire situation has taken a toll on his soul. he doesn't want to break away from reality again. not here. not now. he was doing so good before. constantly focusing on improving his state of mind so he can return to school exactly the same. but, he isn't exactly the same. more than half of his heart is gone. his best friend is dead. and his mental health has broken into thousands of shards of glass. a collision breaks his train of thought. not a mental collision, but a physical one. when he mentally opens his eyes, he feels a pain in his right shoulder, jungkook out of breath in front of him. 'i ran over here...to...talk to...you' he states between harsh breaths. taehyung frowns. 'you don't need to talk to me.' he states. jungkook nods his head, regaining his both his breath and his posture as if it were the easiest thing in the world to do. 'yeah, i do. i wanted to talk to you about what happened this morning.' 'nothing happened. nothing is wrong. stop following me, stop talking to me, leave me alone.' taehyung harshly pushes past the male, looking for his next class.
