he had fallen asleep before five. an hour after arriving home when jungkook had already been asleep. it didn't last long. he only got less than thirty minutes of sleep before the dream came. the nightmare came. he can't seem to get jimin's voice out of his head. it's completely taken over the own voice he had inside his head. his thoughts are overcome by jimin's once beautiful voice. taehyung doesn't know why. after those twenty minutes, he woke up. but he wasn't exactly awake. he knew he was, but he couldn't see—couldn't open his eyes. his heart was beating harshly against his chest. fear completely overcame him. for what reason, taehyung doesn't know. that was all he could feel for some time. finally, he snapped back to reality. his eyes opened. he felt awake. taehyung doesn't know if he said it aloud, but he heard his own voice even though he hadn't spoken, 'i'm going to die if i go back to sleep.' the male sat in a daze for a few minutes. talking to himself. then he began looking over old pictures taken years ago, some, only months.
