Teary Eyed Polaroid

  collapsed on the bed, his wounds continue to burn. it was not wise to put so much pressure on them after he had just treated them. taehyung did not care. his sleeves are rolled up halfway onto his arm. turning over onto his stomach, the brown-haired boy reaches into his pillowcase. from inside, he pulls out three polaroids. the three that jungkook never got to see. 'happy birthday tae! 12/30/08' when jimin got tae his first camera. he spent all his money on that gift. 'arcade day 06/01/18' the second photo taken that day. in it, the two are kissing happily. 'artistic jimin has returned 06/02/18' the last day taehyung had seen jimin before he had committed suicide. the day jimin had written his suicide note in taehyung's journal. the shorter male is laying on his stomach in the picture. he uses his elbows to keep him up as he wrote. he seemed so focused and calm. how could someone act that way when they're writing a suicide note? specifically, when they're writing that note in someone else's journal. tae could have easily read it after his boyfriend finished, but, he did not... why did not he read it? if he read it earlier, he could have saved jimin. he could've stopped jimin from leaving. possibly tried talking him out of it. anything! he could've done anything but he did nothing ! the polaroid falls onto his pillow. the long-haired male rakes a hand down his face in anger. tears stream down his face. his eyes burn and his head begins to pound once more. not because of the gin or a headache, but because he's swallowing his sobs that fight to get out of his throat. to keep the sobs inside, taehyung shoves different parts of his hands into his mouth to bite down on. first, his fingers. he chews up the skin on all his fingers before moving onto the back of his hand. he bites on various parts of the backs of his hands; biting down on the skin for a few seconds before pulling the skin with his teeth. ultimately, his hands are left red and burning while his fingers have dozens of teeth marks on every inch of them. it still hurts, but he does not care anymore. he deserves all the pain.
