there's still the cuts. all the ones that had been done before jungkook got there. the many other old ones. and the scars left behind from a month of cutting nonstop. he has to hide all the cuts. he's never had to hide anything actually visible before. but he knows how to lie more than well enough. getting away with hiding them will be easy enough during the colds days. but when the spring and summer comes? taehyung doesn't know what to do. and still, he gets strong urges to cut. still drinks and gets drunk. he's not completely okay. but he doesn't want to tell anyone any of this. especially not jungkook. he'll only overreact. mostly with the self-harm.
