Elizabeth Jensen smiled as she wrapped her arms around Justin Foley's neck. The two of them were sitting on her bed after a long day at school. "I'm so lucky." He spoke softly, taking in everything about her. He loved her more than anything in the entire world.

"I think that I'm the lucky one." Elizabeth's smile widened as she bopped him on the nose. His eyes widened before he broke out into laughter. He leaned in and kissed her, cupping her cheeks. Elizabeth kissed her boyfriend back, closing the gap between them on her bed. His lips moved down from her lips to her neckline and she bit her lip, holding back a smile. Her eyes widened, though, as she saw her brother climbing out of his window and onto the roof. "What the hell."

"I'm kissing your neck." Justin looked very confused. He moved away, not sure what he had done. "I thought you like that."

"Not you, baby. You're doing great." Elizabeth moved away from the bed and towards her window. She opened it and stuck her head out. "What in fucks sake are you doing on the roof?"

"Don't tell mom, and I won't tell her that Justin sneaks in here." Clay spoke swiftly, pointing at Elizabeth's boyfriend, who was standing behind her.

Elizabeth nodded. "Deal." She closed her window and left him to do whatever the hell he was doing.

She had other things, or people, to do.

Elizabeth woke up the next morning to her dad knocking on her bedroom door. She jumped, her eyes landing on her sleeping boyfriend next to her. She pushed him off the bed. Justin landed with a thunk and a "Hey!"

She shushed him and spoke to her father. "Come in!"

Her dad popped his head into her doorway. "There's no spread today, Eliza, so do you want coffee?"

"Yeah." She nodded, smiling. "Thank you."

"No problem." He began to leave but turned back. "Also, no closed doors anymore, literally and figuratively. After what happened last night, your mom and I are a little worried."

"So this is Clay's fault?" Elizabeth's eyebrows furrowed with hatred.

"Not fully." Her father stepped in closer. "We can tell that you aren't fully telling us the truth either. For example, your lovely boyfriend that we haven't met yet or even heard of."

Elizabeth scoffed rolling her eyes. "I don't-"

"Don't even try, Liza." Her father crossed his arms. "I know he's here, and I know he's been sneaking in here for most nights. Your mother and I are not as stupid as you or your brother think."
