A Pretty Revenge. (A Fairytail Fanfic)

Chapter 2

(Y/n's POV)

I was walking back to the guild, heavy bags under my eyes after that sleepless night I've had. Upon arriving, I noticed that either people were ignoring me or giving me pitiful looks.

That's when Laxus came over and started insulting me. " Deprived of protection aren't you little Heartfillia, now that you've been kicked out of team Natsu there's no one to protect you . Oh poor you. Stupid weakling like you don't deserve to be in Fairytail.." and with that he sent a lightning bolt charging to me.

Does he even has anything else to do apart being a freaking stuck up asshole during his free time!?

As I winced clearly in pain Cana said " Yeah Laxus is right weaklings like you have no place in fairytail."

She isn't an s-class wizard either.

Then she threw one of her lightning cards at me, electrocuting me. Not only that, she also threw the beer bottles she keep drinking all the time at me.

It's evident how the alcohol is affect her already deficient system.

At the end of the day I ended up all bruised up bleeding at some places. Wendy was on mission with team Natsu so there was no one to heal me. Limping back home I went to rest. If only my I could say what I really thought about them, it would probably make them back off a little. But only to come back with more pressure.

Gah. I want to leave so bad

~ A few days later ~

After that day when I was bullied by Laxus almost everyone in fairytail has been bullying me insulting me like " You're just a little weakling who can never become as powerful as her sister."

She ain't a bloody goddess. I don't want to be a damn like her. That freaking attention craving creature.

And much more things like that. I am feeling like a punching bag and seriously considering of leaving fairytail now. I am sorry mother but I can't bear this anymore. So I have decided that if the bullying continues today I will be leaving for sure.

I stepped into the guild hall trying to make myself go unnoticed. I sneeked up to the bar where thankfully there was only Mirajane. I asked Mirajane for a (f/d) when I heard the unmistakably terrifying voice of Laxus.

"Oh shit," I muttered under my breath. "What do we have here? Hey Cana wanna play a game?" he asked her. Both of them shared a look and started throwing their attacks on me.

Yellow spots danced before my eyes when Laxus threw lightning bolts at me and Cana threw threw a black mist card at me. I couldn't see anything and my eyes widened when I saw a blue lightning bolt of pure energy thrown at me. " Come on Laxus let's leave that whimpling alone to rot," Cana said laughing her head off.

That, my friends was the straw that broke the camel's back.

That's it. I'm leaving fairytail for good

I looked at my scorched arms and reddened  legs to see they were red and bruised. "Y/n are you alright?" I looked up to see Mirajane with a worried look on her face.

Do I look fine to you?

"Yes. I think I am alright." I replied nevertheless. I limped towards the bar and pressed my hands firmly on it," Could you give me a job since I've been kicked out of team Natsu?" I asked with hope she would accept.

"Sorry y/n but you're in no condition of getting one right now," she said giving me a pitiful look.

If you were this worried and concerned, couldn't you have helped me out when I needed. They're all fake.

I'm running away from here.

With a huff I limped out of the guild, went home to pack a bag with the essentials and ran. I don't know for how long I was running but I eventually stopped at a clearing. I looked up at the sun to see that it was right above my head signaling that it must be around noon now. " Wow, I've been running for nearly four hours," I muttered to myself.

I kept on walking till I reached a forest. On a sign was written 'The forest of nightmares. Venture at your own risk'.

"Well at least I know that they won't come here to look for me if they care."

While walking in the forest , I started to notice changes in the landscape. Most of the trees were bare and burnt. The smell of sulphur floated in the air.

That's when I heard a rustling of leaves and I stopped in my tracks.

There is no wind so how is it moving. Or else...

I turned around only to be met by a mass of darkness. My eyes widened in horror as I realized what was happening.
