(No one's POV )

Deadly silence still reigned in the guild, so thick you could slice it with a knife.

That particular reaction of their Master didn't even ease anything instead only intensifying it as every person present in the hall at that moment apart from the strangers had their muscles tensed up.

Were they enemies or allies ??

A question being played in mostly everyone's head as nobody had the guts to ask it and which was to be left unanswered for some time considering the situation.

(Master Makarov's POV )

I surely didn't even think about them to come over, the Magic Council's elite team.

They were feared in the congregation, even by some of the Wizard Saints as one of them, presumely the leader has a very high post in the council and even the 1st Wizard Saint does not speak of them too much which is weird considering their status.

It is even said that in battle, their leader is much more of a threat that God Serena himself.

In short, they are feared but the real question is:

What the hell are they doing here?

(No one's POV)

The Master was still quiet, as if in a daze and not knowing what to say. They meant no harm, unless you asked for it because at the end of the day they were still sent by the Magic Council or came on behalf of the Magic Council and that's no joke.

They knew much more about them than the guild members could even think, especially the leader. Lumen Histoire was no secret for her and it is not even a surprise. After all she's been a Fairy before too. (A/n: I just gave it all away. *face palm*)

" What do you want with us? " The Master's cold and hard voice resonated in the entire guildhall shocking each and every member with his tone.

He is not usually like this when it comes to welcome a person.

Even Natsu and Gray who had been mumbling incoherent words had stopped and looked up at their master, shook. (A/n: Jungshook anyone?)

The stranger who seemed unaffected or even amused by the situation retorted being much more serious and cold than Gramps himself,

" I needed to talk to you and Gildarts. "

The coldness in her voice could be felt by all the mages as a cold shiver ran down their spine. How dare she talk to their master like that !!

" How dare you raise your voice at Gramps like that !! " Natsu yelled immediately charging at her with his fire dragon iron fist.

It didn't reach her though. At only one inch of her face, his hand stopped, unable to move forward. She didn't even flinch. Neither did the others block him in any way, they were only glaring at him nor did the victim acknowledge him. It was as if an invisible force had stopped him dead in his tracks.

Frustrated, he looked at the others whose to see the even more shocked Erza and confused Lucy who was raising a brow at him.

That couldn't be happening to him, not before his girlfriend. He was the strongest in Fairytail and he knew how his girlfriend loves that. (A/n: Proof that doesn't really love you.)

He pulled his hand back to attack again, his fist still on fire. Nothing.

It hadn't worked as he found himself unable to reach her again.
