(Y/n's POV)

I woke up to the first morning sun rays entering from the slightly diverged white curtains of the light sky blue infirmary room, lazily lifting my head in protest only to realize that I had fallen asleep on the bed of Obsidian when I had come to visit him last night after sorting out the mess at the arena and some formalities for the games.

Looking at his pale face, I hesitantly brushed out a stray strand of hair from his face pondered over making him breakfast. But then again, it's still early and I also have to go out. I sometimes hate being a wizard saint. Standing up and glancing at the clock to know what time was it and how much of it I had left before leaving, I rushed to my room to freshen up so as to have enough time to prepare an actual breakfast for Obsidian.

And of course, I successfully rocked my planning, the last thing I did was to place the food on the table next to Obsidian's bed with an already placed warming spell and left a little sticky note next to it so that he doesn't think that some fairy -the actual ones and not the ones from Fairytail- came to visit him and left a breakfast for him.

Looking at him once again to make sure he wouldn't wake up any time soon, I pressed a quick kiss on his forehead and rushed out of the room, quietly shutting the door.

I really wanted to sleep more though.

(Obsidian's POV)

I don't know when I woke up, but I regret doing so. I had barely sat up to stretch myself when all the pain flooded in. It seemed like all my muscles were sore and screamed in pain, but hey I was the one suffering more cause all those muscles were in my body. If it was not for the food, then I would have certainly given up on life.

At first, I thought that I had got a secret admirer who kindly left me a breakfast, a delicious one, until I read the note that I noticed later on.

Morning, sleeping princess. I hope you enjoyed the breakfast and unlike what you have been thinking, I am no secret admirer or any imaginary creature.

Well then have a good day cause I know you would have already gobbled up the whole meal by now.

~From the one who actually prepared the food.

Way to burst my bubble y/n.

~(Timeskip to some time later) [SpongeBob style]~

I have been laying on the bed ever since I woke and sincerely this has been the best morning. I can't even remember the last time I had a lazy morning. When you live with Grandeena, it's no less than a military base. Believe me. If I knew that falling in a weird substance while trying to play the hero would lead me here, then I would do it every day. Just try fighting me on this bitch.

But you know what surprised me the most was the food was actually really good. You know, the few times I've seen y/n eating alone, she just shoves a lot of food in her mouth, don't even ask me how she manages to chew it before stuffing in more food. Frankly speaking, I had my doubts on how she would manage to cook a whole meal if she didn't finish it while 'tasting' it.

"You really are a lazy princess." A voice broke me from my thoughts. I looked up to see y/n standing by the door, her figure leaning against the wooden door frame. She walked towards me and for once, she didn't have that dang cloak on.

That being said, she was wearing a dark long sleeved purple crop top and black shorts along with a black harness which ran over the short and under her top and I could see the silvery dagger tightly secured on the low of her waist, near her now exposed bellybutton. The sleeves of her top covered her entire arm and she wore a black glove from which the edges had been cut off on both of her wrists. How does she manage to grow her nails when she is constantly busy?
