The Mind Flayer
"Jessica!" Daniel yelled running after her
Jessica ran as fast as she could—to Will's room. She stood there staring into his room, watching Hopper, Joyce, Bob, Owen, and Will.
"Jessica!" Steve yelled grabbing her
"We gotta get out of here!" Hopper yelled holding Will
Everyone ran as fast as they could away from the demodogs, to a records room.
"What is she doing here?" Joyce asked
"The demodogs—they have the same affect on Jess as the slugs do Will, as long as they're close enough." Daniel said
"We need to get her far away as possible than." Hopper said "Steve how fast can you run."
"Depends—saving the love of my life's, life yeah pretty damn fast." Steve said
I'm the love of his life. I love you too Steve.
"Run as fast as you can, if you hear the demodogs, go into a door and lock it; keep out of sight." Hopper said
"I'll try my best."
"Steve- if you kill my sister, you're dead." Daniel said
Steve ran as fast as he could, going into and locking a door.
"Jessica—I need you to wake up, I need your help here." Steve said
"Run." Jessica said sitting up, than lying back down
"Damn it Jess!" He yelled running back out, until he heard a noise and went into a room
"Jessica listen—I need you to be fully awake. I know it hurts, and I know you don't want to but I need you to fight with me." Steve said
"Steve—it hurts so much." Jessica cried, her eyes still closed
"Jess, I need you to open your eyes. I know it hurts but please." Steve said
"They're everywhere." Jessica cried
"Hey, hey good you're awake." He smiled
"Steve—we won't mak-make it." Jessica coughed
"Hey don't say that, we will make it." Steve said
"Your bat?" She asked sitting up more
"Right here." Steve said
"Steve—they're taking over me." Jessica whispered
"I know, it's okay." He whispered back hugging her
"If we die-"
"We're not going to die Jess."
"If we die—I want you to know that—" Jessica tried to say
