CHAPTER 1.2 (j.d.g)

DREAMER
When the night came all I could do was smile. I finally had her..she was mine. After all these years I finally was able to call her mine. It all started..

———- 6 months earlier ———
I watched as she talked to her friends across the hall, the way her lips moved up and down as she talked with such passion. The way she would move, the way she would laugh at her friends joke. Her laugh. My favorite symphony.
At night I always thought about her, dreamed about her. I dreamed that I would be able to see the stars with her, and that she would be mine. At night is my favorite, because she was on my mind.
Wyatt- JACK!
I jumped and whisked away my thoughts focusing back to my friends in front of me.
Jaeden- did you hear anything we said?
Jack- yeah uh Jaeden wanted to get ice cream?
Wyatt- that was yesterday.. are you thinking about her again?
They all knew about my huge crush on Y/n, they always told me I should talk to her but I always chickened out at the last minute.
Finn- dude just talk to her..
Jack- it's not that easy. She is so amazing and I'm, well, me.
I sighed and put my books in my locker glancing over at her once again. I shook my head and we headed out of the school.
That was the first day.. every day I got closer.

——- Day 2 ———-
I opened the door of my house, fetching the mail that had just came minutes before. I looked through it with a frown. I sighed.
As I was about to enter my house again, I heard that laugh. The laugh from Y/n, I watched as she walked across the street with her friend by her side. I smiled, she looked up at me and gave me a wave. I blushed and waved back heading back into my house.
I smiled to myself whilst giving my mom the mail.
Mom- why so happy?
Jack- oh nothing.
She chuckled and started organizing the mail.

——- Day 12 ——-
I watched as she approached me with a smile on her face, I smiled as well.
You- hey Jacky!!
Jack- hey Y/n what's up!
You- Mya is having a party at her's, wanna go with me?
As I heard the words come out her mouth I smiled, thinking back to the day we hung out for the first time.

———- Day 3 ——-
I walked out to the bus stop, waiting for Wyatt to join me. I finished the last piece of my toast and watched for the bus.
I look over to see Y/n approaching the bus stop, friends not there by her side. I smiled at her and she smiled back.
I was looking for Wyatt until Y/n finally broke the silence.
You- wanna hang out with me Friday? Unless you are doing something.
Jack- I uh no I'm not doing anything.. I uhm I would love to!
She smiled and wrote down something on a piece of paper she had in her hand.
She finished and gave it to me right as the bus came, I hopped on and took my seat looking at the paper.

I smiled and looked at her, she winked causing me to blush.

—————- Day 12 ————
Jack- yah sure I'll go with you!
You- great!
She hugged me and went back to her locker, I smiled and closed my locker walking to class.

The day ended, making me run out of my class and straight to my locker. I grabbed my things and rushed out.
Arriving at my house, I opened the door and walked in fast grabbing a apple and making my way upstairs.
Mom- hi honey!
Jack- hi mom! Bye mom!
I closed my door before she could say anything and looked in my closet to see if I had anything to wear tonight.
Jack- no- ye no ugh NO! No no, YES!
I put the outfit on my bed and smiled. Let's do this.

———— Day 3 ———
I walked up to Y/n's door, knocking lightly on it. I waited patiently for the door to open and when it did, Y/n appeared looking beautiful as always.
You- hey Jack! You ready to go?
Jack- uuuuh yeah, yeah totally!
You- okay!
She grabbed my hand and we ran off her porch, walking to the diner down the street.

Jack- then I said what the fuck! They poured water all over me!
She giggled and I smiled, loving to hear her smile. She coughed bringing me back from my thoughts.
You- let's order!
