"Nice color pencils, they're mine now." a large child shoves Favian to the grass as another bully digs into his backpack to take some leftover packed lunch, they then kick Favian as he's on the ground. Some kids approach Favian to comfort him as one particular boy watches from a distance to shake his head in disappointment and walk home. "Favian! Who did this to you?" Uncle Nich, who has been meeting up with Favian a block away spots his nephew in the state of being bullied and beaten up. Nich removed his belt and looked around if the bullies were still around, as Favian said it fine for now. At the dinner table, his parents are also worried for him as his Father approaches to comfort him in his room. Favian asks to be alone as Ramon hears his son with a sorrow tone as he speaks: "When I was your age, I had a tall friend named Pedro, on the first day of school he smacked his knuckles and said that anyone messing with this short kid will be in deep shit." Favian turns to his father in interest of the story. "Of course, my friend saying such a thing brought many kids to challenge that. So we often had to fight to get back home, we had to tossed rocks and fists around. But most of it never bothered me because I was fine with having a friend looking out for me that way." immediately Favian was relaxed and the day came to an end.

Favian turns to his classmates sitting in the same large table to ask for some pencils and erasers. Some classmates lend them as the particular boy snatches them before Favian could get them. "Hold it, these are gonna get taken away by those two big head kids. You'll just give it to them." "N-No I don't.. I-I return them.." "Then why did you get beat up yesterday after school.. And those fatheads stole my colored pencils. You owe me some colored pencils." Favian listens and shifts his sight down to his knees as the boy watches this defenseless boy that can't fight back. So the end of the day comes as Favian is sneaking around with eventually the bullies pulling him by the backpack, quickly the boy jumps to lock one bully by the neck with arm as Favian recalls what his father tells him and tosses rocks at them. The bullies pissed off run away and guarantees that tomorrow won't be easy.

The boy managed to get some colored pencils back with a grin as he grabs Favian by the backpack as acknowledges the courage. "What I said put a dent in your feelings?" "Mh.. no, my dad did the same when he was a boy." "...your dad sounds tough." the two boys laugh as they walk home as the boy's mother runs to her son: "Mijo! What did I tell you about getting into fights!? You never listen to me" "Wha? I wasn't in any fi-" "Lies! Senora Arones saw you outside the school and ran like a horse to tell me. Come, I'll patch you up, your little friend too." Favian enters the boy's home to receive some hospitality and in the end, ends up playing video games with Traxol as they become good friends with laughter. Favian turns to the clock and sprints out with a goodbye that it's dinner time and his parents will use the belt on him, Traxol shakes his head with a smile.
