Tristen P.O.V

I listened to Twist nag me about the cigarette. He apparently thinks that I smoke now because I was standing next to Elana while she was doing it. I get so tired of him assuming. Elana will be Elana at the end of the day. What he expect me to do? Snatch it out her hands? That’s just going to make her upset even more.

“I don’t understand why you always assume things. I didn’t smoke with her. I was just talking,” I crossed my arms.

“That makes it even worse. You suppose to be her friend and tell take it from her not let her continue to do it.” Twist made a right turn.

“I am her friend. I been there for her since all this happen remember? You, Diggy and Khalil think ya’ll know everything. Well truth is ya’ll don’t. You have to let Elana do her. It’s not like she about to just relapse anytime soon. She got so far and she so brand new. She’s just have to find a way to cope with things other than smoking. That’s all. I just want to have a good night. No more fighting.” I looked at Twist.

He parked the car in the restaurant parking lot and kiss my cheek.

“Your wish is my command.” Twist smiled and got out the car.

I follow behind him to our reservation. Diggy and Elana already sat seated at the table. The hands interlocked and they were gazing into each others eyes. I interrupted it with my booty by bumping into the table. Elana let go and started texting ruining their PDA. Yeah diggy that’s that payback for you BOOOOY!

I gave Tristen a mean look as we ordered our food. I ordered a appetizer of mozzarella sticks while Elana ordered some hot wings. They looked bomb too. They looked like this: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/images/20100201-wings-platter2.jpg I watched as she took a bite of one the hot wings. I reached over and grabbed one. She popped me on my hand I and I took my hand back.

“You could have said no.” I rubbed my hands.

“You could have asked.” She smiled.

“Can I have one please?” I gave her the puppy dog look because she is stingy with the hot wings.

She smiled and fed me one. She bit her bottom lip as I ate it. My mozzarella sticks came and I fed her one. The cheese oozed out of the mozzarella stick as she pulled back. I licked my lips and she smiled.

“What are ya’ll doing?” Twist and Tristen said in unison.

“Nothing.”Elana blushed.

“Well we know who about get pregnant first.” Twist responded.

“Congratulations Tristen.” Elana smiled.

“I was talking about you.” Twist smirked.

“I’m not about to get pregnant. What I look like?” Elana rolled her eyes.

“Patrick.” Twist looked at his phone.

“You are so stupid.” Elana blankly said.

They continued to go at it for awhile before the conversation fell onto another topic.

“So this summer…” Tristen started off.

I looked at Elana with sorrow. I know she was looking forward.

“We need something to do.” Elana blurted out.

“Maybe hit up the mall a couple of times.” Tristen said.

Elana started to smile. I saw that mind of hers spark with an idea,

“I know what I want to do this summer.” A burst of excitement spread through her grin. She always coming up with something.
