Elana P.O.V

I entered the house and went directly upstairs to my bedroom. Iris was waiting there. I put the bags on the floor.

“What are you doing in my room?” I asked.

“I wanted to talk to you.” She played with the comforter on my bed.

“We have nothing to talk about.” I crossed my arms.

“I know but I just wanted to say I’m sorry for everything. I know you have every right to be upset with me but I’m truthfully am sorry. I just want my best friend back.” She played with her fingers.

I looked at the sorrow in her eyes but I didn’t forgive all the stuff she said.

“I forgive you but I need a break from you guys.” I walked around the bed and started messing with the locks of my hair.

“Plus I have a new friend now.” I looked at Iris.

Amy P.O.V

I sat the bags down on the couch and flopped down next to them. My feet ached from walking and I had a head ache.  Chris appeared out of the bedroom. He seemed as if he had been lounging all day.

“So who’s this girl you been with?” He stood next to the edge of the couch.

“Just a new friend.” I said slowly.

“A new friend huh?” He smiled sending me an uncomfortable signal.

“So this friend got a name?” He asked.

“Elana.”

“That sounds pretty. I would love to meet her in person.” He stroked my hair.

“Nah she’s busy a lot.” I tried to lie.

“But when she isn’t too busy for you…that’s when you’ll take me to meet her. Understood?” His soft strokes stopped and suddenly I felt a small tug.

I looked up at him and looked at his eyes.

“Yes, understood.” He smiled and pulled me into kiss.

I looked at the photo frame of my friend Alicia on the wall as he kissed me. We been through a lot together. Only she would know what to do at this point.

---------Next Day

Tristen P.O,V

This morning Twist thought it would be good if we all had a friendly breakfast. We haven’t been interacting with each other for days. I disagreed with the idea but I followed through. Elana  sat at the end of the table. That was her seat. It was even different from the other chairs signifying she was princess. I shook my head to how spoiled she was. I sat next to Twist and Terra sat across from him. I couldn’t bare her face. I was getting payback for what she did. It’s not over. We all sat quietly eating. No one made eye contact with anyone until Khalil interrupted the silence in the air.

“Umm Tristen can you pass me the salt?” He asked.

“Yeah.” I picked it up and handed It to him but as I did I heard some mumbling from Terra.

“Yeah pass that salt. You ain’t nothing but a slave to Twist anyway.” She smirked.

“What?” I said out loud.

“I said you a slave to Twist you know washing his underwear and stuff. That’s all you good for anyway.” She said louder.

“Listen you whore. Only thing your good for is being a trampoline because all that fat ain’t going to get you anywhere.” I responded.

She hopped out her seat like she was going to do something so I stood up. We started an argument and Twist tried to stop but the emotions between us got stronger until the point to where we were ready to fight.

“That’s Enough!” Elana yelled out as she stood up.

We stopped talking and sat down.

“That’s all we do is fight, fight, fight and I’m sick and tired of it. What is the purpose of a vacation when your best friends aren’t your friends anymore, your boyfriend leaves without telling you why and you stuck sitting here watching the same old fight over and over again. What’s the point of ya’ll being here? This is supposed to my vacation and I’m supposed to be having fun. Despite the Jionni situation, I did have fun so far. I’m not going to let that ruin my vibe because of what he did to me or Diggy. “ She was infuriated.

“It was your fault he was shot.” Terra blurted out.

Elana snapped her neck towards her and the fire was about to come out.

 Elana P.O.V

“First of all let me remind you who the hell your messing with at the moment! Don’t come to me talking about It was my fault Diggy got shot because it was bound to happen anyway. Jionni never liked Diggy for your nosey information. You know what?! Ya’ll most definitely got nerve to turn your nose up at me but you can’t get your relationships in check! Guess what else? Ya’ll still here in my damn vacation house and eating my damn food! So I don’t want to hear it. It’s not fair that I got to sit through this BS over a boy. Ms. Big Mouth you need to realize that your cousin is not your man! That’s his girl and he’s going to be with her regardless. And Ms. Fake Friend number 1 you need to realize that his cousin is his family and he known her for a long time. By right if he had to choose between the two; he’s going to choose her over you because that’s blood and of course she’s going to be overprotective only because she doesn’t want him hurt. So clear that BS up! If you don’t like what I’m saying then get your stuff and hop your judgmental asses back to New York, Tennessee, where ever the hell ya’ll came from!” I yelled.

“I’m going to tell Diggy.” Terra said.

“I don’t give a damn what you tell Diggy. While you at tell Diggy to bring his ass back down here because he’s the one who started this vacation stuff anyway!” I stormed away from table and headed up to my room frustrated.

Twist P.O.V

We were still quiet. Not even Khalil said a word instead he left the table. I guess he was going to comfort Elana. Tristen had her head down and Terra remained quiet. I decided to excuse myself from the table leaving the girls alone. I went upstairs to the room and call Diggy to fill him in on the details.

“So Elana went off at the table?” He asked.

“Yeah she was furious about the whole situation.” I laid on the bed. “You think she’ll relapse back into cigarettes?”

“Nah well I don’t know. It really depends on her.” He thought. “I don’t think she will though.”

“Alright then because I never saw her so angry like that. We might not be here when you come back though.”

“Why?” He questioned.

“Because the girls might want to go back I mean Elana did make a very valid point. There is no need of us well them being here when they fighting and they not even friends with Elana like that.” I looked up at the ceiling.

“True. Look I’m coming home in a few days. My treatment has been going well and I feel pretty good. Tomorrow I get my stitches out.  I’ll fix it just persuade them to stay. I’ll deal with Elana later on.” He explained.

Khalil P.O.V

“I know your upset Lana but you can’t let them get to you.” I patted her on the back.

“I just get so tired of it. It’s bad enough Justine and I are going to have a long talk when I get back home. I might as well go home because this isn’t helping me relax at all.” She sat up.

“It’ll be okay. I promise it will get better from here.” I gave her a hug.

“I hope so.”
