A/N: Still here with the short chapters, sorry XD

Kirstie and Avi start to get into the swing of living together, and they find it pretty easy, bar Avi's frustration with not being able to go anywhere on his own. Not to mention going almost everywhere Kirstie wants to go.
She doesn't have many rehearsals now that the show is running, so that means more gym sessions, all sorts of weird classes that Avi does not want to be a part of. And then she wants to go places with her cast mates and New York friends, bars and stuff, and according to her: Avi can't go to those places. He doesn't understand why, what could he possibly do when she's there too? Women who don't know who they are would probably think they are a couple the ways she treats him, like berating him constantly. She does have one little excuse though, she doesn't want a fan to spot them together and jump to conclusions. She knows how nuts the Kavi shippers are, not Scomiche nuts, but they're their own kind of special. The shipping thing has never bothered Avi in the way it bothers Kirstie, he understands why it bothers, it just didn't bother him the same way, to be fair he hadn't been in a long term relationship like her. In his opinion they were friends, what the fuck did it matter what anybody else thought? It apparently matters, and in the end they just stopped being friends, of course that was mostly because of Avi's then lifestyle, but still.
Why can't he go to the fun places with Kirstie as well as the boring ones? It isn't fair! Avi is really starting to feel like Kirstie's child, not her friend, and he is god-damn older than her!
Avi is sitting in Kirstie's apartment with Olaf and Pascal on the couch next to him. They're chilling but the bearded man's anger grows the more he thinks about it. He is quelled a little bit knowing that she has a performance tonight and he's lucky to be left here, that she trusts him just that little bit. Maybe she's loosening; he hasn't done anything stupid since that first night after all.
But when it gets dark he doesn't bother to shut the curtains or turn the lights on. The TV's going but he's barely watching it, he wants to see Kirstie's musical, but he doesn't want to ask because she'll probably say no because god-forbid a Pentatonix fan is there and sees him in attendance. So today he just sits with the dogs and does nothing, he could go out, he could do it, he'd regret it later but at least it would be some fun now. Avi sinks down in his seat, tightly folding his arms, leaving will mean disappointing himself and it won't make him feel as good as he thinks it will. But screw disappointing himself, he'd disappoint Kirstie, and that's the last thing he wants to do.
Avi breaks into a smile as he thinks of something to do. He jumps up off the couch with the decision to take Olaf and Pascal for a walk, he knows they didn't get their full walk today and haven't much with how busy Kirstie is, he's being helpful, hopefully she'll appreciate it. Avi smiles to himself as he leaves the apartment, fur children in tow.

A/N: Is Avi being helpful or is Kirstie going to take this the wrong way?
