we all sat in anthony's bedroom. i laid next to anthony in his bed.

mazzie and ella started laughing their heads off. i would be laughing at billy's dumb comeback but i'm honestly upset. why wouldn't i be? i hate that i have to do 36 hours of community service. and i have to pay a shit ton of money. damn, i'm so fucking dumb.
anthony wrapped his arm around me and pulled me closer to him.

he laughed causing me to laugh.

everyone laughed and ran downstairs into anthony's car. we started driving as the windows were down. jake hooked his phone up to the aux cord and blasted rap music. we all song along as we vaped. life was good, kinda. we arrived at "flying fig". the most popular restaurant where we live. everyone goes here. we all got out the car and walked in, waiting in line. i looked around. i loved all the 90's artwork. this place just reminded me of an old diner you would see in a movie. i saw this girl named sofia wren. she went to our school. she thought she was better than everyone. she smiled at me and walked up to me.
sofia - maddie woof!
maddie - wood. it's wood, not woof.
she did one of those bitchy laughs.
sofia - sorry hun! so like.. spill the tea on what happened last night.
i couldn't help but laugh at how much she was trying. i saw anthony give me a confused look.
maddie - i'm good, HUN.

i gave a smiled out of kindness and walked over to anthony leaning against him. he wrapped his arm around me.
