1k special: Love sickness

Audrey's Pov.

*sneeze* "Dammit! Either someone is talking about me badly, or I'm getting a damn cold." I say as I walk in the snow. 'Maybe the fact that you feel emotions, makes you feel what happens when you stay in certain weather too..' I hear Grace say in my head. 'Maybe. Man... I really love winter too... but if I keep getting these 'colds' then my new favourite will be autumn...' I mutter as I continue walking.

Now your probably wondering why Audrey is walking in the snow, it's because he car broke down. She tried calling and texting Connor, but she had no signal. So, she decided to walk the rest of the way to work.

"Damn.... it's so cold... I'm not used to this..." I say as I slowly start seeing black spots in my vision. 'Maybe I should have stayed in the car... or at least wear a sweater...'I thought to myself as I fell to the ground. In the distance I heard someone calling my name. But I couldn't see them. I tried calling out, "o-over.... here..." before falling into darkness.

Time skip~

I awoke to feel a warm blanket on me, as well as someone behind me. I look over to see a peaceful sleeping Connor. I smile and turned to face him, he immediately woke up. "Are you Okay? I found you on the ground not far from your car. You had a fever." He said as he gave me some pills. I took them and a sip of the water beside my bed, and told him, "I'm fine... my car had broken down, and I tried to call you, but I had no signal, so I decided to walk the rest of the way to work." "I did get your message, I never got the call." He responded.

"I see.. I'm still not used to all this emotion, now allergies and colds are also gonna start becoming a thing too." I say with a sigh. "But, I'm glad. I'm glad that I can feel emotions. So if I have to face these, then so be it." I say and smile. Connor smiles too. He then hugs me. "Same here, being a deviant, it has its ups and downs, but I'm glad I can feel emotions too." He says.

We then share a passionate kiss, and for the rest of the day, we watch movies, and cuddle.

'I guess I am sick..., I'm love sick.' I thought to myself as I drifted off to a peaceful sleep, Connor right by my side, never letting me go.
