I heard my alarm go off, I sighed and got out of bed, turned off the alarm and shook Albert awake. "Hey, get up Al." I said picking up the grey ball of fur. He purred as I walked him to his food bowl. "Here child, here's the food." I said and poured the food into his bowl. I then picked his water bowl up and washed it. Then I poured more water into it.

I then left Al to eat.

Now it's time for a shower. I grabbed my clothes for today, a towel and hair stuff and went to my bathroom. I turned the shower to a cool setting, since it was getting colder out. I stripped down and got into the shower, washing my hair and body.

Once that was done I cleaned my face with an acne wash. I then turned the shower off, and got out. I dried myself off, using a blow dryer to dry my hair, and got dressed. I put my shoes on and gathered my gear for work.

It included a camera, handcuffs, handcuffs key, a gun, small switchblade with screwdrivers and other things, a pair of sunglasses, and a pair of hiking shoes. All of this was placed into a bag, the only things I left out were the gun, switchblade and camera.

I then kissed Albert on his head and left.

Mini skip—

I pulled into the DPD parking lot and got out. I grabbed my bag and walked inside, scanning my ID to the android working the desk. "Good morning Dr. Audrey." She said and let me through the door.

I placed my stuff at my desk and began to work, reviewing cases from last week and from a month ago. I noticed a pattern, how they were all deviant cases, and one occasional dispute call. I worked on these for a good few hours, having to finish the cases and place them in the record room.

Big skip- (a few hours later)

I was finishing another case when I noticed an android waking by the desks, he seemed to be looking for someone. He finally stopped at my desk.

"Are you Dr. Pace?" He asked, tilting his head to the side when I scowled. "It's in the name plate isn't it. And it's Dr. Audrey. I don't like being referred to as Dr. Pace." I said and looked back at my work. He continued by apologizing, and said "My name is Connor, I'm the android sent by Cyberlife. I was assigned to you and Lieutenant Anderson. I haven't seen him today, is he here?" I stopped working and looked at him. "Hold on," I said and dialed Fowler's number.

"Yes?" He began. "Why wasn't I informed that I would be working on a case?" I asked quietly. "The android was supposed to tell you. You did receive the android, right?" He asked. "I did, but next time Sir, let me know before hand. Even if I don't get called, I would like to know." I said and hung up.

I stood up, grabbed my gear, and said, "Cmon, we have to go find Hank." We then walked out the door. We took my car to go searching for Hank.

Mini skip—

We step out of my car and go to find Hank. We get inside his favourite bar - Jimmy's bar - I noticed some of the people in the bar whispering "Shit, I thought androids weren't allowed in here!" And "What's your problem?" I noticed Connor was looking at the people in the bar, like he was analyzing them. Finally we found Hank. 'Should have known..'

Connor approaches him, "Lieutenant Anderson, my name is Connor, I am the android sent by Cyber life. I looked for you at the station, but only Dr. Audrey could help me find you." He said. "I told him you were probably having a drink nearby." I added in. "We were lucky to find you at the fifth bar." Connor said. "What do you two want?" Hank said without looking up.

I spaced out for a second, it was normal, and it only lasts a few seconds. I could hear muffled voices and one that was louder than the rest. 'Hello..' it continued to stutter out. I then came back to reality.

"Sir, one more for him, I'll pay." Connor says to the bartender. 'This android has some guts to do that kind of stuff.' Hank too one more swig of the shot, looked at Connor and said, "So you said Homicide?"

"Cmon, I'm taking my car, Connor go with Hank, make sure he doesn't wreck." I said and walked out.

Skip—

I'm already at the crime scene, the corpse's name was Carlos Ortiz. While taking pictures of the scene laid before me, I hear a car pull up and hear Hank's slightly slurred voice say to someone, "stay in the car." "What am I gonna do with him?" I mutter to myself.

I then see him and Connor walk in. "Audrey, this thing doesn't know how to listen! I told it to stay in the fucking car!" Hank yells to me. "Yeah, but he has to do his job too dumbass." I say to him. "Hey, don't use that language on me." He grumbled. "Oh quit bickering you two." We turned our heads to see the Captain walk over to us. "Well, I see you two got yourselves an android." He smirked. Hank looked at him and said, "I don't need a plastic toy to do my job."

I continue to ignore this. I start to take pictures of the evidence when I see that Hank had walked from the officer and is just asking what the others had found. "Wow. So professional." I mumble with a glare.

I notice Connor bend down to the blue blood and put his fingers on it. He then puts it up to his mouth. "Oh Jesus! What the hell you doin?! Hank yelled with- shall I say -a very disgusted look on his face. "I'm analyzing the thirium." Connor replies.

"Sorry lieutenant, I should have warned you. I can check samples in real time." Connor replies and then gets up. "Well, just... don't be puttin no more evidence in your mouth will ya?" Hank tells him. "Yes sir." Connor replied.
