Audrey's Pov

After a long car ride with tension, I dropped Hank off at home, and went to a place I hadn't been to in a while. "Audrey, this isn't the direction to your house. Can you tell me where we are going?" Connor asked as I took a left turn into a driveway. "It's a place I haven't been to ever since I moved out." I say and park the car.

It was my parents house. Still untouched by anyone. 'Oh I missed this place..' I say to myself and unlock the door with the key I kept. "This is my parents house. After i moved, I hadn't been back here. I never knew the reason though. We'll go back to my house after this, Okay?" I say and look to see Connor nod.

Connor's Pov

I look around the empty house, all that was in it were old furniture, pictures, and a radio. Audrey walks over to it and turns it on. "This thing had held all my favourite songs. I forgot to take it with me, but I let my dad keep it for memories." She said. The song "Put your head on my Shoulder" by Paul Anka started playing. Audrey sang along with it.

She walked over to me and took my hands. 'Software Instability' Her hands still cold, but warmer than earlier this evening.

I joined in with her.

She looked into my eyes, her bright green eyes that were dull when I first saw them, show beautifully in the dark room.

We finished off and she place her head on mine. 'Why do I keep feeling something in my chest when she's near?' I thought to myself as I watched her smile with her eyes closed.

After a minute of silence, she got off my chest, and I felt a cold place there. "C'mon, lets go home." She said and turned the radio off, took her keys, and started for the door. I stood on my place.

Audrey's Pov

'That was really good! Next time, use a little more dance in it.' The voice told me. 'Right.' I look over to Connor to see him lost in thought. "Connor? Are you alright?" I asked concerned, thinking that I broke him. (That would be sad!) "Yes.. I'm alright, I'm coming." He said and walked over. Out of nowhere, he took my hand in his. I blushed a light pink. 'Why must he do this to me!? But I love it...' I think to myself as we reach the car. "I'll drive." Connor says and gets in the driver's seat. 'I can tell... I mean, you really didn't have a choice.' The voice said sarcastically. 'True that.' I reply to it. I get in the car and put on my seatbelt.

'Well, this is going to be a long car ride, so I'll let you get to know me!' The voice told me with excitement. 'Alright.... So first off, what's your name? I never really got that.' 'I don't have one. You wanna give me one?' It asked childishly. 'Sure. I'll call you.... Grace.' I tell it. 'Ooh! I like it!' The voice turns into a girly one.

'How long have you been in my head?' I asked it, looking out the window to see trees, since my parents lived in the woods. 'I've been in your head since you were a small child! I was what you had considered your imaginary friend.' It responded. 'Oh... how come o don't remember you?' 'Simple! All that training that your father had put you through, you had changed from that childish girl I spoke with, to someone who couldn't hear me till a slight crack in your emotions.' She tells me. 'So Connor is helping me, so he IS my saviour?' I ask her with hope. 'Maybe~ I cant say. I'm not allowed to.' 'Well that fucking sucks.' I think to myself.

'Well, I'll let you go, you need some food and sleep! I'll be here though. Just think my name, and I possibly will answer. Bye!' She says and then goes silent.

"Audrey, were here." Connor says, and I break from my blank staring. "Huh, oh yeah." I say and get out. He hands me my keys and I unlock the door.

"Welcome to my house. Also I have an owl, so don't freak out. He doesn't bite." I say and take my jacket off. Connor nods and walks into the dining room. He then looked around. 'This guy sure is curious. It's cute.' I think to myself with a smile.

Suddenly, Connor starts backing up and goes behind me. I look up to him confused, then hearing Philip screech at him. (Philip is the owl) "Hey, easy boy.... Connor won't hurt. Right Connor?" I ask him and look over to see him slightly shaken. I chuckle at this. "Connor! He isn't gonna eat ya. He was just surprised that it wasn't me he saw. Philip is overprotective on the house." I tell him. Philip come over and lands on my arm. "Hey buddy~" I say and scratch the in between of his eyes. "Let's go feed you. Connor, do you want to feed him? If you do, he'll like you more." I say and walk to the food container. "Of course. I would like to feed Philip." Connor says and follows me.

After Connor fed him, lets just say, Philip got a liking to Connor. 'I'm glad..' I mutter as I watch Connor pet Philip gently. Connor shows a small smile. It made me smile too.

"Well, I'm gonna head to bed. I'll see you in the morning Connor." I walk over to him and kiss his cheek. "Goodnight." I say and walk upstairs to my bedroom. 'You go girl! That's the courage you need! Be more open with your feelings!' Grace says to me. I just smile and blush. 'Oh stop...' I say to her.

"He really is my saviour, isn't he?" I say to myself as I go into a dreamless sleep.
