"I can't believe you're leaving already" I sighed as I laid on Johnny's chest. "I know baby, I don't wanna go either" he said as he rubbed my back. "I'm gonna miss you" I whispered. "Listen Miranda, I'll call everyday and we'll skype all the time. I would love to have you come with me, but your mom needs you here. Ape and Phil already told me that you coming with me wasn't an option" Johnny said. I rolled my eyes and groaned. "Well I'm an adult" I said as I rolled off Johnny and onto my back. "Yeah we know, but they want to spend as much time with you as possible. They don't want to lose you again." he said softly. "I'm an adult Johnny I can do what I want" I said as I stood up. "We all know that, trust me. Please don't make things harder then they are Miranda" he pleaded as he stood up as well. "Fine" I said quietly as I walked out of the room. Did I really just make things more difficult then they should be? Was I just some burden on everyone? Well fine, if I'm such a burden then I'll go spend some me time. Away from everyone. They could all suck my non existent penis. "Baby don't be angry" Johnny said from behind me. I turned around and looked at him with my arms crossed. "I'm not angry at all" I said and gave him a wink. What the wink meant, I didn't know, but I do know it was a mischievous gesture. He chuckled lightly and grabbed while throwing me over his shoulder. "Put me down" I squealed as he carried me into the pirate bar. "Rule #1 of Bam's house, no PDA" Bam said as he took a drink of his beer. "Fuck you blue eyed beauty" I laughed as I popped open a beer as well. He glared at me playfully as he drank some more of his bitter and not very appealing beer. I didn't like them, but it was that was in the fridge at the moment. "So Knoxville what time does your flight leave?" Dunn asked. "Me and Steve-O are leaving at 5" Johnny said. "Correction, it's Steve-O and I, not me and Steve-O" I corrected involuntarily. My mom was an English teacher. She practically force fed me nouns and verbs. Johnny laughed and rolled his eyes. Bam and Dunn just kept on with their conversation. They were so used to this that they didn't even address it anymore. "I've gotta make a phone call, I'll be right back" I said as I skipped up the stairs. I got Bam's keys and slipped out the door quietly. If Bam knew I was leaving he'd definitely know what I was up to. I got into his car and zoomed out of the driveway. I sped down the street until I got to the place I hadn't seen in years, the warehouses. My pace was quick as I shuffled down to the last one. Before entering I did the knock that only certain people knew. The door opened to the one person that had seemed like a god to me for years. "Miranda" he said quietly when he saw me. "Chip" I said monotone as I pushed my way in. The place had 4 couches, a shabby rug, a tv the size of my thumb and a rusty fold up poker table. Definitely the home of a scum like Chip. I breathed in the air and my lungs were filled with the smell of bubbling chemicals and body odor. It reminded me of so many bad nights when I had run here for an escape. "Is my deal still in the air?" I asked. "Oh course M, you saved my ass countless times" Chip said from beside me. "Great" I smirked. Chip smiled and grabbed my stuff for me. Now I know I know this is terrible. You can call me a bad person. I know I am. But even though it's been years I'm having major withdrawals. I'm jumpy and shaky and I'm always paranoid. I'm so sick of it. Chip set a bag in my outstretched hand. Inside the bag was a sterilized needle (still in it's original packaging) and a small bag of heroin. "Bad Miranda" I said under my breath as I walked out of the warehouse. I snuck back into the house and hid my things in the closet I'd been sharing with Johnny. I walked downstairs to see all the guys playing pool. "That was a long ass call" Bam said when he saw me. "Yah I had to run out for a second. I needed some real alcohol besides beer." I shrugged. "I drank it on the way" I added as I fell onto Johnny's lap. He tensed when he breathed in my smell. "You smell like pot Miranda" he pointed. Mother fucking stoner ass drug dealer, can't even spray some god damn air freshener. "All Dunn does is smoke pot of course I smell like it after walking into a room I share with him" I laughed. He smiled and shook his head before kissing me lightly. I grabbed the back of his head and kissed him with more force. When we pulled apart I felt someone's gaze on me. It was Novak, he knew where I'd been. I gave him the look that said shut-up-and-I-won't-tell-either. He nodded and went back to his game. All too soon 5 rolled around and I felt my stomach drop. I didn't want Johnny to leave. I wanted to go with him. I wanted to meet his daughter. I wanted to be able to do what I like. "I'm going to miss you baby" I said quietly as we stood by the door. "Not as much as I'll miss you" he said quietly before kissing me again. We stayed like this for awhile until Steve-O finally dragged Johnny out the door. Well I guess there was only one thing to do now.
