Chapter 7

"Ice cream Ice cream Ice cream Ice cream" Trevor and Dunn chanted as we waited in line to order. I laughed at them and smiled. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Johnny staring at me. I turned to him smiled and winked at him. I saw him turn bright red and I smirked to myself. Finally we were waited on and I ordered everyone's ice cream considering they were all messing around when it came our turn. As I was handing the cashier my card and hand came up and handed him their card before I was able to. When I looked over I saw Johnny smiling down at me. "We're celebrating you, therefore you don't pay" he said smirking. I smiled and shook my head. "Thanks Knoxville" I said as I grabbed the tray of ice cream and walked over to the table the guys were sitting at. "Can we got outside?" Trevor pleaded. "Sure honey" I said and nodding my head to the door. We walked outside and sat down at the few tables. The guys talked and played with Trevor as we enjoyed our ice cream. I was digging through my purse when I pulled out a crumpled piece of paper. I looked down at it and smiled. It was the guy's phone number I had met at the airport. I stopped smiling when I looked at Johnny. I sighed then put the number back in my purse. I wasn't going to be needing that right now. No I was going to have Johnny Knoxville no matter what it took

~5 days later~

"Trevor your Dad's here" I yelled. "Come on in" I said inviting Robert in. "Thanks Miranda" he said while walking in. I walked in farther and he followed. "Trevor come on" I yelled up the stairs. All I heard was silence throughout the house. "They must be out back, come on" I said. He followed behind me as I walked onto the porch. "Wow" he gawked when he saw the backyard. "Yah it's pretty amazing" I said smiling. He frowned at the guys. I rolled my eyes "Don't be a dick" I growled out of the side of my mouth. "I don't like Trevor being around people like this" he said angrily. "What Robert people like me. It's not your choice to make. I'd fix my attitude right now because if you haven't noticed I have 10 grown men here that wouldn't refrain from kicking your shitty, stuck up ass" I growled getting really close down to him. He looked me over once more before kissing me hardly. He grabbed my face inbetween his large hands holding me there. I heard all grown quiet and all I could feel was utter disgust. I put my hands on his chest and pushed him off me. "I think you should go" I said quietly before walking away. "Bye mommy" Trevor said coming into the house. "Bye baby I'm going to miss you so much" I said while hugging him tightly. I hadn't noticed I started to cry. He smiled and kissed forehead before walking out the front door. Then Robert walked to the door, but not before looking at me sadly. "I never stopped loving you Miranda" he said sadly coming closer to me. "Just don't" I said putting up a hand. He nodded slowly before walking out of the house. The sad thing is I never stopped loving him either.
