Long ago, when the universe first came to be there was only one all-powerful being. This was the Celestial Spirit of Destiny as she has been known as throughout history. She was alone in this vast and empty universe which caused her to quickly become bored. However, an idea soon struck that would cure her boredom. Destiny would create life!! She started by shaping a small spherical planet and giving it such things such as water and a suitable atmosphere for her little creations soon to come. Once that was done, Destiny filled the land with little creatures. There were plants, animals, humans, orcs, elves, and so many other species. Destiny was very proud of her new creation and took joy in watching her little beings every day.

However, Destiny soon noticed a problem. Her small planet just simply wasn't big enough for all her little life forms as the sizes of each one grew and grew over time. Her land had become overpopulated. Destiny knew she needed to fix this and fast so she quickly began thinking of how she could. Then the solution finally came to her! It was very clear that life could not simply exist by itself! Life needed a counterpart to create balance! This was her solution and so Destiny created what is known as death and created an afterlife so when her little creatures would die then they would go to a better place. This meant that every day, Destiny would have to work in case any of her life forms died that day. She paid far more attention to her creatures now than before and it quickly became tiring to her. She knew she had no choice but to keep going, however she knew that she couldn't keep doing this for all of time.

To solve this problem, Destiny decided it was time for her to create another Celestial Spirit. Using her powers, Destiny created another Celestial Spirit. This new Spirit became the Celestial Spirit of Life. It was successful! Destiny then went on to create the Celestial Spirit of Death. The two new Spirits became sisters who took over Destiny's job of dealing with life and death. Though opposites, Life and Death both got along very well.

Soooooooo. This is part of the lore of a story I've been working on since I was 13. The premise and story and lore have slowly gotten more realistic (as realistic as a fantasy story can be) and complex over the years and it's just gotten better. Everything is far more developed now though the story is not anywhere close to being done. Anyway, I had some ideas and inspiration and got it down. It's still incomplete and I do need to revise some parts, but for now. Here it is. Guess I'm just showcasing some of it.
