Chapter 16: Fireworks

Botan goes to Tokyo to meet up Yusuke's girlfriend and her friend as well, Keiko. It's too early when she found herself in the front of Yukimura's resident, Keiko's house. It's early as 7am when Keiko exiting from their house preparing herself attending school. Keiko was surprise seeing her friend in front of her house, and it was unusual for her to appear in the Ningenkai without important business.

"Botan, you're here, it's nice to see you." Keiko gives her friend a warm hug.

"It's nice to see you too, Keiko. Can I have your day?? Can we go out and have some fun with Shizuru??" Botan immediately stated her purpose. "I'll really miss you guys, and since I got my day off from Koenma, I want to spend it with you." She lied in purpose, Keiko give her a puzzled look.

"But if you are busy, I can understand." Botan lowered her gaze covering her face with bangs. Keiko takes her hand.

"It's not bad to skip the class just for today, I will call Shizuru to pick up us, I know she will be glad to see you too." Keiko show to much kindness to her friend, and Botan was obviously happy.

After a hour Shizuru arrived in her car, waving Keiko and Botan. The three of them enjoyed their time with the accompany of each other, they eat in the fancy restaurant, go shopping, take a ride in the amusement park and visit some various places.

"Thank you so much guys, for accompanying me this day. I'm so happy." Botan stated with smile.

"We felt the same, Botan. Where glad that you decided to visit us."Shizuru respond.

"She's right, Botan. Can we do this again with the others??" Keiko happily said.

"Three days from now, can you please visit us in Master Genkai place? I'll plan to make a little gathering and feast in the same." Botan explained.

"That's sounds great, I'll tell it Kazuma." -Shizuru

"Same as Yusuke." – Keiko.

"Thank you so much, everyone." Botan excitedly respond.

The three young ladies separated, taking their own businesses, even in the short time, Botan felt so happy making treasured memories with her friends. It was around 4 in the afternoon, she decide to take a walk before traveling back to Genkai's place, when he found herself in the front of Minamino residence. She was so surprise in her own action and nervous in the same time, what will she do if Kurama come back to its home be found her in front of his house but her eagerness to see and to be with him prevail.

"Hello miss, How can I help you??" Kurama's mother appeared in front of her.

"I-im just-"

"You're looking for Shuichi, right??" Shiori, Kurama's mother cut off her word, assuming that she's looking for her son and it's not a mistake after all.

"He'll be here, later on. Would you like to wait for him inside??" Shiori offer her hospitality, grabbing Botan inside of the house cannot resist anymore.

Botan cannot hide her nervousness while inside the house, what if Kurama misinterpret her object.

"Thank you so much for your kindness, Ma'am." Botan politely respond.

"Just call me Mom." Shiori answered with smile in her face.

"Huh?? M-mom??" Botan was shock hearing Shiori's words.

"If I'm not mistaken, you are Botan, right?? A beautiful young woman with blue hair and beautiful eyes just like Shuichi description, and you are my son's girlfriend." Shiori's smiles didn't disappear from her face.
