Chapter 18: Friendship

Yusuke and his friends found themselves inside the temple, after of almost an hours of unconsciousness they've manage to regain they're strength. Yusuke woke up, he look up at his surroundings taking a little bit of perceive from what happened before he passed out. Botan's words were still clear in his mind and he quickly stood up, exiting the room to search for a certain blue haired deity.

"Botan!" Yusuke found his friends in the other room, waiting for him to wake up.

"You're awake," Hiei said coldly.

Koenma in the corner of the room was still in his deep thoughts.

"Where she is??" Yusuke ask panicky.

"You still remember her??" Genkai seriously ask.

"Master Genkai, you knew it?"- Kuwabara.

"I heared it all, everything." -Genkai.

"As I remember, Botan cast out a spell, before she disappeared, but why we still remember her existence??" Koenma spoke up. The group remained silent from Koenma's words.

"A powerful energy blocks the spell." Yusuke answered.

"Is that possible?? The jewels are powerful." Hiei doubly respond.

"I did prevent the spell before it reaches out your souls." Silver haired Youkai fox emerge inside the room.

"Y-youko Kurama?!" Kuwabara said with surprise.

"Her strategy won't work in me second time around. I won't let her escape from me again." Youko grasp his palm.

"You regain your memories, Kurama??" - Yusuke asked receives a nod from a Yokai fox.

"I'll go now; I must take her back, whatever it takes." Youko, prepared himself to leave the place.

"Wait, Kurama! We will come with you!" Yusuke cease him to leave.

"This is not only her fight, it's our fight as well." Kuwabara said with eagerness in his eyes.

"We cannot afford to forsake this chaos in her hands." Koenma added.

"It's not my nature to leave things into woman's care." Hiei said with smirk.

"B-but, I don't know if we can manage to handle my father's powerful spiritual energy, if they escape from the seal." Kurama said with warn.

"It's not important anymore, as long as we are together, I know everything will work out." Yusuke said with determination.

"Save her for the sake of LLLOOOVVVEEE." Kuwabara said.

"Do you know where she is??" Koenma ask again.

"I'm not sure, but there is only possible place for her to go." Kurama answered.

"Where??" - Yusuke

"Makai." - Kurama.

A beautiful and peaceful was in her sight, there no trace of once event of sealing in the huge and beautiful lake. That place was invisible in Yokai's eyes due to barrier that she manages to create to prevent them to snoop into it. A lot of memories remind her unfortunate she is to face such suffering, but her love and adherence for the humans prevail in her hearts. It wasn't bad to die in this place again, knowing that she able to create treasured memories with her friends and wanted to leave without regrets, she puts all her hopes of happiness in the hands of fate. Botan slowly walked towards the middle of the lake she gasping for some air, preparing herself to begin the sealing, she's in the middle of the lake, floating in the air. When she look under the water it was so dark and freakish, doubt suddenly touch her sense but she able to overcome it. Botan take out the jewel in her hands.
