Everything Broken (A 5SOS Fanfiction)

Chapter 9

Catherine's POV

Today, the boys and I have a concert. We have the whole morning and a bit of the afternoon to ourselves. Emma and I decide that we need a girl's day, so we are going to Target to find things for the perfect DIY spa day!

"Ooo this looks interesting," say Emma. I see that she is holding up a cucumber facial mask.

"We should get a few, maybe the boys want some," I say laughing.

"Oh my gosh, are you Catherine Smith and Emma Williams?" says a girl shreaking.

"Yes," I say smiling, "Can we help you?"

"Can you please take a picture with me?" she says.

"Of course," says Emma. We are took two pictures: one serious and one funny. After we take the pictures, we see that a lot of people are swarming around us. I start hearing really rude comments

"Ew, why are you even on tour with 5 Seconds of Spring? You aren't even talented!"

"Why did they pick you, you have no life and no friends!"

"Ashton's mine!!!!"

"Ugh you are so ugly!"

"You smell like trash because you are trash!"

"Go back to New York, that's where the rats are!"

I feel tears coming to my eyes. Emma starts yelling at the girls.

"Stop it, Catherine doesn't deserve this," she says. We run out of the store leaving our spa day materials behind.

We finally get to the tour bus and we see the boys. I don't want Ashton to see me like this, since I am crying. I guess Emma can see this so she says,

"Catherine, come inside; the boys will know how to help you."

I reluctantly follow Emma inside and Ashton immediately comes to comfort me.

"Catherine, what's wrong?" he asks.

"There were girls who said really mean things to me and I've never had to deal with hate," I say sobbing.

"Catherine, they are just jealous of you because you are an amazing person," says Ashton.

"Thanks Ash," I say.

"Do you want us to send out a tweet?" asks Luke.

"Would you guys do that for me?" I ask.

"Of course," says Luke smiling.

They tweet:

Hey guys, please don't hate on @catherinemusic13 she is an amazing friend.

Ashton whispers in my ear and says, "Catherine, can you come to the kitchen with me?"

"Sure," I whisper to back. We walk to the kitchen.

"What's up," I ask.

"Will you go on another date with me?" Ash asks.

"Yes, of course!" I reply, "When will we go?"

"Is after the concert good for you?" he asks.

"Yes," I reply smiling. I am so excited! I can't wait for the date!

Little did I know that things will take a dramatic turn soon because of this date.
