Clara woke up that night in pain. Her arm was bothering her, she knew nothing about werewolf bites, her head hurt from lack of sleep, food, water, or anything really, she didn't know. She slowly went out into the common room, even though she probably shouldn't have been there, and just stared out the window. What now? Her parents would absolutely hate to have a werewolf in their house. She was filth to them. Well, already since she was a Gryffindor. She knew that eventually she would probably be disowned, she and Sirius, since their paths were steering far away from their single-minded parents and brother. But she hadn't expected it so soon! She was only 13... what was going to happen? She started at the waning moon and sighed. The once beautiful moon now held all her fears.

The next morning was hard.

"WAKE UP!"

Marla and Melody were screaming, mostly at Rose, but Clara got caught in the crossfire.

"Quickly, before Melody sings her annoying American muggle songs!"

Lily yelled at Rose before grabbing her bag and sprinting out of the dorm.

"I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU'RE GOUNG BUT DO YOU GOT ROOM FOR ONE MORE TROUBLED SOUL!"

Melody started. Clara left before she could hear the rest. Not that she wanted to. She and Lily went down to the great hall together. Just a few minutes before she was asked,

"Clarissa! What happened?"

By about six people.

"I heard that you were attacked by a rabid owl!"

"There's a reason why you aren't a Ravenclaw. I heard it was the giant squid!"

"Oh come on. She's a Gryffindor! She was obviously doing stupid and brave!"

Rumors bounced everywhere. She could never tell anyone except her best friends she was a werewolf.

"I fell playing Quidditch."

She told anyone who asked.

"Okay, what REALLY happened?"

Sirius and James asked her as soon as she sat down after making her way through the crowd of people.

"I fell playing Quidditch-"

She started.

"I was told you fell out of a tree."
Sirius stopped her.

She glared at them.

"Why should I tell you that? You are my annoying brother an you, I quote Lily Evans, are an arrogant toe-rag."
Sirius gave her puppy dog eyes.
"But I'm your brother! You need to tell me."
Clara sighed.
"Fiiiiiine. But later."
Sirius perked up.
"No use having you keep a secret. Might as well tell Potter as well."
Clara rolled her eyes. Sirius smiled.
"Good deduction."

Sirius and James looked at each other and sort of raced off towards the library's general direction. Well, Sirius skidded back and grabbed a piece of bacon, but then raced after James.
Clara sighed. Remus would probably know, and Clara would ask him questions about being a werewolf Can seven people keep a secret?
