Clara went to the library. Might as well find Remus.

"Where is he?"

She asked herself. Where else? She check the place she thought of first. Sure enough, in the dangerous creatures section, right by 'werewolves' was Remus Lupin.

"Hello."

She said.

"Oh, Clara, hello..."

He said putting the book back.

"Is your arm feeling better?"

He asked..

"Yes, it's not hurting anymore."

She said.

"Hmm. What was the latest story about how that happened? Fell off your broom, bit by a flowering shrub?"

He asked.

"Who said I was but by a flowering shrub?!"

She exclaimed. He laughed
"Never mind. The real story is-"
"You were bit by a you-know-what."
Remus finsihed.
"Dumbledore told me. He also said to not worry about which animal bit you because there was no way it could be me. I'm just sorry it happened."

Clara smiled.

"I don't care. It's okay. I don't mind. It's just a problem. Everyone has them. "

"So it's still breakfast and Sirius and James are looking for you."
She said as an awkward silence followed. They started to go back down to the Great Hall but were stopped by some older Slytherins.

"Were do you think you're going, Black?"

A tall and menacing older boy, Avery, stopped them.

"To eat breakfast. It's not lunch time, is it? What do you want."

Clara snapped back.

"Just to know why you weren't in school for a while."

The other boy, Mulciber, stated.

"Haven't you heard the rumors? Or are you too thick to listen?"

Clara said as she continued to walk.

"Oh we have. But our friend Snape suspects it's something other than Gryffindor stupidity."

Clara stopped.

"Of course he would."

It was pretty obvious that Snape hated her. Most likely to do with Sirius.

"And we do as well. Just what happened?"

Avery asked, more threatening.

"You wouldn't believe me."

Clara said with no fear.

"Oh really-"

Mulciber started but stopped.

"Is there a problem?"

Clara spun around.

"Of course not Professor Dumbledore, sir."

Avery said with a bit of a sneer.

"Very well then. Ah, Mr. Lupin and Ms. Black, I was looking for you. I would like to see you in my office."

Clara mock smiled at the Slytherin boys.

"It's a shame. We were just having such a wonderful conversation."

And started to follow Remus and Professor Dumbledore.

"Your Gryffindor bravery is going to get you killed someday."

Mulciber hissed as she walked past.

"Yes, it probably will, but there is a thin line between curiosity and stupidity."
