Hello my name is Kylie Prestrud I am 17 years old. Well I guess i'm 17 and a half years old but I don't need to be exact. I live with my mom and dad. We live in Juneau Alaska. My parents got married at the age of 17 because I was an accident. So I never really felt like I belonged anywhere.
My life was just topsy turvy. When my mother got pregnant her family was so ashamed of her that she had to move away. First before she moved my parents got married. They moved to Plains, Montana.
Then soon enough I came along. When I was born my parents had to have my grandparents (on my fathers side) take me and I lived with them until I was three years old.
When I turned three my parents took me back. By then they had taken responsibility for me. They had rented an apartment and gotten great jobs considering neither one of them went to college. My dad worked as a salesman and my mom was a manager of the local grocery store.
My grandparents didn't want to give me back to them, but my parents fought in court. I grew up never wanting to be with my parents. By the time I turned ten I had a good hiding place in the woods where I built a tree fort all by myself.
I went to public school but I never made friends. I always felt like nobody liked me and I never made friends.
When my parents realized I was running off alone they moved all of us to Juneau Alaska where we live now. Well that brings me to present day and should start the story.
