As Chad, Gus and I pulled into the parking lot of Gold Stream Equine Ranch (Just incase you forgot thats where I work and ride). I looked up from my phone and oh my gosh I saw Colt? “Oh my god! Gus is that Colt?” I exclaimed
“Yeah, Um……… I meant to tell you but I um decided to buy him for you.” Gus replied awkwardly as we all got out of the car.
“Oh my God why would you do that for me?”
“ I don’t know I just thought we could work together to train him and enter in some shows.”
“Really thats all? I mean THAT’S ALL!” Chad yelled in Gus’s face.
“What are you trying to do? Steal my girlfriend?” Chad shouted
“No I would never try to steal your girlfriend. You're my best friend I could never do anything like that to you. I just saw how much she wanted him so I thought I could buy him and she could help me train him. Then throughout the time she could pay me back or something.” Gus replied
“Oh okay im sorry I got so mad. I just don't ever want to loose my girlfriend. Shes the best thing that ever happened to me.”
“Its okay I can see how you could take it the wrong way. Its just I thought maybe it would be fun for her. I didn't want her to lose the perfect horse for her. You should have seen how happy she looked on him. They were absolutely perfect together.”
“Thats awesome Thank you so much for helping her achieve her dreams.”
“No problem dude its great.”
“Oh my God I can’t believe you would spend all that money on me.” I exclaimed
“Its no problem we will work together with him.”
“Hey can I go ride him?”
“Yeah of course, lets go.”
“Um I don't really feel like riding today so I am gonna go home and get some homework done.” Chad said
“Okay I love you.” I replied as I realized that I just said I love you out loud to him.
“Okay I am going to go now. Bye” Chad replied awkwardly.
