Two days later……

“Hey hurry up we have to meet Carl at the airport in 30 minutes.” Hailey yelled from downstairs.

“Yeah come on.” Chad agreed

“Okay I will be right down.” I shouted from my bathroom. I grabbed my purse and ran downstairs. We were going to pick up Hailey’s boyfriend who was coming back from visiting his family in Texas.

“I am so glad that graduation is in two weeks I just want to get out of here.” Right before I graduate I turn 18 and then I can move out and leave my parents behind. I have money for my apartment saved. My parents don’t even know about it. It is not even like they care about me. I was an accident and they never care what the heck I do.

“Yeah I know, I am glad I don’t have to go away to college it is right here in Juneau.” Chad replied as we walked out to his car.

“Hey Kylie are you still looking for a roommate? My apartment in town near the college they said I can have a roommate who does not go to the College, because they are not even paying for it.” Hailey asked me Hailey is going to do a two year college and our college you don’t have to have an apartment on campus. So we thought we would get an apartment together.

“No I have not found a roommate yet. Do you really want me to move in with you?”

“Yeah and I found a really nice apartment. It is a three bedroom place so we could even have another person if you want.”

“It does not really matter to me.”

20 minutes later Chad, Hailey and I are waiting at the gate D that is where Carl will be coming from. As he walks out Hailey runs up to him and jumps into a hug and starts kissing him. Chad and I just look at eachother like what just happened? Carl and Hailey walked back over to us.

Carl and Chad one of those man hugs. Then I just hugged him. He is a really nice guy perfect for Hailey. I hope that soon he will propose to her. He is also going to be going to the Juneau college. This is a really good school.

Carl got a scholarship for basketball. He is amazing at basketball. That is also what Chad got a scholarship for. He had offers from other schools but he turned most of them down. He is still thinking about his options but he is most likely to stay here at the University of Juneau.

Hailey got a scholarship for Tennis. Hailey didn’t want to move away so she took her first offer Juneau.
