Chapter 14

~Hayes's POV~

On the way to Taco Bell was a nice quiet drive with the radio on low and small talk between Carter and I. It was nice. Until we pulled in, Jack G was with his girlfriend which I knew bothered Johnson and they were all talking or that's what it looked like anyways. When Carter and I stepped out of the car. Johnson slapped Gilinsky got in his car and drove off.

"Woah hey what the hell is going on?" Carter asked walking over to the couple. I followed close behind.

"Jack was just acting to jealous and I brought it up and he just snapped." Gilinsky explained rubbing his cheek

I shook my head "Carter I have to go talk to him." I said to Carter. Carter nodded

"We'll be back." Carter said walking back to the car and getting in. I did the same and pulled out my phone pressing Johnsons contact "What's going on with Johnson?" Carter asked

"He loves Gilinsky Carter." he said "He has for a long time."

"What Hayes?" Johnson asked upon answering the phone.

"Jack I know what's going on." I said "Go to Carter's if you don't want to go home." I said

"I'm already at home I just hope he doesn't show up." Jack said

"He won't but Carter and I are on our way over." I say

"Okay." he said hanging up the phone

"Go to The Jack house." I said and Carter nodded turning down the street.

A few minutes passed and we arrived I jumped out of the car and ran inside. Carter following after me. "Jack!" I yelled

"Upstairs." Johnson yelled back

I ran up the stairs and ran into his room. I engulfed him in a hug. "What's going on?"]

"I told him I loved him last night. I started crying and he kissed me and said he loved me too." he said crying "We banged last ight and now he's acting like it was nothing." he whined

"Now you know how Shawn felt for 2 months." Carter said

Jack nodded "I just wish I could take it back." he said sobbing into my chest I rubbed circles on his back until he fell asleep. I laid him down gently and looked at Carter.

"Gilinsky is going to show up soon." Carter said

"they will make it through." I said standing up off the bed and walking down the stairs into the living room. "Can you go get food?" I asked Carter

"Yeah is MCdonalds okay?" he asked

"Yeah just get me whatever I don't really care." I said turning on the tv.

"I'll be back." he said walking out the front door.

A few minutes passed and the door opened I stood up off the couch "Thank god your back I'm st- Jack?" I asked looking at a puffy eyed Gilinsky

"Where's Jack?" he asked

"Upstairs asleep." I said

"I feel horrible I just couldn't break up with her for Jack while he was there."

"Jack if you loved Jack you wouldn't have hung out with her today with him being there." I said

"I didn't know she was going to be at Taco Bell I swear." I said "I was going to send her a break up text right when we walked in the building." he said

"Ouch. That's rough." I said folding my arms over my chest

"Look Hayes I know it's hard to believe how hard it is to break up with her." he said

"Are you guys over now?' I asked

Jack nodded "Right after you guys left I left her." he said

"Good." I said as Carter walked into the door

"Hey I have food for the both of you." Carter said

"Didn't you eat Jack?" I asked

He shook his head "We hadn't eatin when we got there because of her." he said as carter tossed hims a burger he thanked Carter and went into the living room sitting on the couch to eat it.

I shook my head. Everybody is just turning out to either be bi or flat out gay. Who's next? Aaron? God I hope not...
