I rushed downstairs, sliding into the kitchen where mother was making breakfast. Father had already gone off to work.Mother turned around, her reddish-blonde hair floating on a phantom wind.
"What's up?" She asked, a hint of worry some in her voice.
"I had that dream again! The one I was talking about yesterday!" I said, loud and slightly rushed.
Mother looked at me confused. "The one where you said there was darkness all around you and there was whispers in a language you didn't know? That's just a silly dream sweaty."
I shook my head violently. "It was different this time! Someone was there!"
Mother sighed, crouching down so she was at my level. She smiled sadly. "I'm sure there was honey. Did you know that dreams are concepted by your own mind making sense of experiences you have already had and witnessed?" Mother said.
I was surprised at how much of that I got. "But this place never existed," I said.
Mother shook her head slowly. "It's not just places you've been. It's how you interpret those places and memories," mother explained.
I thought about it for a little before shaking my head. "This one was different! I know it."

I closed my book, setting it on the bedside table. I grabbed my phone, checking the time. Nine.
I sat up. My back hurt from staying in that one position. I stretched my hands over my head, yawning. I stayed like that for a few seconds before jumping out of my bed. I grabbed my phone before heading downstairs to grab a sweatshirt. Even if it was really hot I always had it with me.
My footsteps were silent on the old wooden stairs. Surprising since there usually really noisy. Though I'm not rushing anywhere so that may be it.
My sweatshirt was hanging up on the coat rack by the door. There it was, in all it's glory. A plain black hoodie that I've had for years. I really need to update my clothes.
I grabbed my sweatshirt, easily slipping my arms through and flipped the hood on. It fit decently well though it was tight around the chest area and shoulders. Plus the sleeves didn't even reach my wrists.
Once I had my sweatshirt on I jumped into the shadows, aiming for the Omin. Though I got caught up in the Umbre instead.
Ira was there waiting for my arrival. "Hey, where were you last night? I was expecting you," Ira said playfully when I had entered.
I put on a forced smile. My mind drifted off to last night, the strange whispering echoing inside my head.
"Ya. I must of for some reason just had a normal dream." Nothing about that dream was normal. "It surprised me too not to end up in the Darklands." That one was true. Though not in the good way.
"But you'll be here tonight, right?" Ira asked.
My forced smile started to look more fake as it faltered. "Hopefully," I said quietly. Before Ira could question anything I disappeared, reappearing in the Omin, right in front of the black diamond castle.
The castle sparkled in the sunlight, the black standing out against the light blue sky. It was quite a sight though I'm sure it would be even more stunning at night.
