"You what?" I asked.
Cinder finally got off of me and stood next to my bed.
"I need you to help me steal something for a 'friend' of mine." She said.
"And who is said 'friend'?" I asked.
"Doesn't matter." Cinder said.
"It does matter if you want my help." I said.
"All that matters is that there is an item my 'friend' needs, and it's being held by the Atlas military." Cinder said.
"What you mean fam'? There are fifty fucking ships over the whole city, there's robots walking around everywhere..." I said before being interrupted.
"It's not on a ship, it's being held in a warehouse just outside of the city." Cinder said.
"And you need me why?" I asked.
"You'll make things, easier." Cinder said.
"Yeah, I'm sure." I said sarcastically.
"I'm serious, you could be very valuable to this operation." Cinder said in a almost seductive tone.
"How? I ain't sneaky or nothin'." I said.
"I know that. But, you could at least be a, distraction." Cinder said.
We both looked over at the Infinity Gauntlet.
"Oh, I see..." I said with a sigh.
"Maybe you could use that little red rock again? Maybe freeze some guards in place?" Cinder suggested.
I looked at her with a mistrusting look on my face.
"Fine, I'll do it, but you have to do something for me." I said.
"And what might that be?" Cinder asked with a smirk.
I turned my head to look at her ass.
"I think you know what I want." I said with a mischievous look on my face.
Cinder gave a slightly evil smile at my words.
"And what makes you think that I'm 'that' kind of woman?" She asked.
"What happened on the rooftop." I said.
"That wasn't me." She said.
"Still..." I said.
Cinder looked away from me and sighed.
"I've been with many men and women, over the years, mostly because I had to in order to get something I wanted or needed, but I will admit, I feel, different, when it comes to you." She said.
"So, dinner?" I offered.
Cinder sat down on the bed and got right up in my face.
"Maybe... but I won't make any promises." She said with a smile.
"Okay, that's good enough for me." I said while smiling back.
Cinder pulled away from me and stood back up.
"Now, we need to go. I'll have to stop by and tell Emerald and Mercury where we're going; wouldn't want them to get worried after all." She said.
"Those two? 'Worried'? Please, the world could be turning to ash and they probably wouldn't give a damn." I said.
Cinder chuckled at my comment.
"Okay, remember, all you've got to do is freeze the guards, I'll handle the rest." She said.
