Shadowclaw woke up besides Blaze in the rogues camp. The rogues had ordered them to stay until Shadowclaw have maked her decision. About staying here and lead her kin for the rest of her life. Or go back to the clans and live that life there. She hadnt decided yet. The death of Leaf seemed to have shicked everyone. Even though Shadowclaw just meet her and found her threatening, she had to choose between kin and clan. Why do i have to make that decision. Shadowclaw questioned herself. Blaze moved closer to Shadowclaw and nuzzled her shoulder.

"Dont worry. I know you'll make the right decision" he purred and licked her shoulder. These cats need me. They need a leader. One who'll proyect them. One who'll care for them equally. Keeping their best interest in mind. But does it have to be me? Shadowclaw moved her head a pace away from Blaze. Blaze didnt say anything. He kept licking her shoulder.
"Im still jealous how you have such a thick coat" Blaze confessed. Shadowclaw glanced back.
"I got it from my father. He was bushy as a bush" Shadowclaw hinted. The black coat of her father flashed before her. I hope Leappaw have gotten a great mentor. Shadowclaw sighed and growled.
"Why does it have to be me to decide this mouse brained idea?" She complained. Blaze stopped licking and looked at Shadowclaw.
"These cats depends on you. You cant let your kin down" Blaze remarked, as if he speaks from exsperience.
"Its not like i have any kin left. But i'd advise you to stay here. Protect them" Blaze added.

The kittypet stench of Blaze almost dissapeird and was replaced with a horrible stench of rogue. Shadowclaw couldnt smell her clan scent. As if she was turned rogue. Two cat's scent neared Shadowclaw and Blaze's nest. Shadowclaw sprung to her paws and unsheated her claws. Blaze lifted his head and flicked his head at Shadowclaw. He got on his paws beside her and glanced around. Suddenly Savage and Licht came. Their pelts brushing with tense.
"Your answer?" Licht demanded. Shadowclaw let out a sigh of relief. This is it. Better unsheat your claws Blaze.
"I have... i have decided i will not-" Shadowclaw got interrupted by a disstressed yowl.

Suddenly Wild darted over to the four cats.
"Minty... Minty is kitting" she breathed. Savage didnt hesitate to run where Wild came from. She pushed through the snow and away her brown pelt went. Wild began to call after her.
"Savage! She's in the barn! Sky is with her but dogs... dogs are there!" Wild shouted. Licht narrowed his eyes.
"Why are we standing here like startled squirrels?! Lets go-" Licht stopped and turned to Shadowclaw. Shadowclaw glanced at Blaze.
"What should we do?" Wild asked and looked at Shadowclaw. Shadowclaw shook her head in confusion.
"Wait you're asking me!?" Shadowclaw asked. Licht and Wild nodded. Well um....
"How many cats do we have?" Shadowclaw asked. Licht and Wild exhanged glances.
"Copper and Aslan if they're willing" Wild mewed.
"We also have Runner, he's the father" Licht added.
"Okay um... Wild, go fetch them" Shadowclaw ordered. Wild nodded and dashed away.

"Will we just sit and wait till the dogs have killed Minty and Savage?" Licht asked. Um... we need to lure the dogs away...
"We need to use some bait to lead the dogs away..." Shadowclaw smirked and looked at Blaze.
"What me?" Blaze asked, fear filling his voice. Shadowclaw nodded.
"You tried to feed me to a dog. I think you can run faster. And with some help from Licht" Shadowclaw glanced at lick. The light ginger tom didnt complain. He nodded understandfully.
"Lets get going kittypet" Licht growled and padded away. He signaled Blaze to follow him. Blaze gulped at slowly padded after Licht. I just hope i dont send them to their death.

Wild had returned with Copper, Aslan and Runner. She also got Cliff and Pig. Wild showed the cats to the barn. It was an old red two-leg nest, with sleeping monsters and hay. The dogs guarded the entrence. Shadowclaw could see Blaze and Licht creep forward.
"Hey!" Blaze hissed. The dogs flicked their heads. Blaze and Licht ran in the opposide direction to lead the dogs away. As planned, the dog took the bait and ran after the toms. Shadowclaw turned to her cats.
"Copper, Aslan, Pig. Go and Attack the dogs from behind" the three cats nodded. And without wuestions they darted after the dogs. Cliff, Wild and Runner were left.

"We need to get Minty out of there, and find Savage" Shadowclaw ordered. The three cats nodded and sprinted into the barn. The cold green monsters stood still. Shadowclaw gave the murders cold glares.
"Dont worry. Only two-legs can tell them to move" Cliff calmed. Runner's dark ginger tabby pelt brushed past Shadowclaw. He pointed his tail up on some hay.
"Up there!" He shouted. Shadowclaw glanced up and saw a white and black flank rise.
"Get up there" Shadowclaw ordered and jumped on the hay. The hay was slowly falling apart but Shadowclaw jumped up to Minty. Runner and Wild came after. Before Cliff got to jump off, Shadowclaw stopped him.

"Stay down there and alert us if the dogs come back" Cliff nodded and turned around to the exit.
"Minty, can you walk?" Wild asked. Minty was obviusly still in pain.
"No!" She spat. Shadowclaw took a pace back.
"What a nice introduction" Shadowclaw murmerred. Wild bent down.
"Runner, i need you to get off the hat. We cant have many cats up here" Wild mewed. Runner was about to protest, but glanced at Shadowclaw. Doesnt anyone know how to make an decision!?
"Runner, We'll call you when she's done" Shadowclaw promised. Runner grunted but leaped down besides Cliff.
Wild lifted her head.

"Have you ever kitted, or been to one" she asked gently. Shadowclaw shook her head.
"And im not planning on it" Shadowclaw snarled. Wild gave Shadowclaw a confused glance, but switched her focus back on Minty.
"Here comes the first kit" Wild announced.
