We walk down the street for dinner. "Are you really ok?" Corbyn asks. I'm walking slower than everyone else. "Yeah just a small cold" I say brushing it off. "Ok" he says not convinced. We arrive at a sushi place. I grab my food from the counter and start eating. We all sit quietly and listen to the quiet music and people laughing. I eat about half of my food. Jonah is on his phone smiling. "I'm gonna go" I say standing up. Everyone looks at me. Jonah is still smiling at something on his phone. "I'll come" Logan says. "No it's ok" I say. "I'll see you guys tomorrow I guess" I say. My eyes fill with tears. I see Jonah texting some girl named Maddy her name has heart emojis. "Are you sure?" Harvey asks. "Yeah see ya" I say walking out of the restaurant as a fast as my legs can carry me.
I walk up to my hotel room and sit on the bed. I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. Jonah.

I see him typing then the bubble disappears. Great.
I spend the night in my room I decide to FaceTime Jake. "Hey" he says answering. He's Vlogging I can tell. "What's up?" I ask. "Nothing much, How's New York?" He asks. Feeling like crap. "It's good" I say lying. "Are you vlogging?" I ask. "Yeah why?" He questions. "Hey Millie!" I hear Erika call and comes up beside Jake. "Hey" I say putting on a fake smile. I knock against the wall. "There's someone at the door" I say. "I gotta go, love you" I say. Jake looks at me concerned through the screen. "Love you" he says. I hang up.
I sit on my bed in the dark just thinking. Small bits of light come through the curtains. My door opens. It's Jonah. "Why's it so dark?" He asks. I turn on the lamp beside my bed. "What do you want?" I ask coldly, I don't look at him. "About Maddy" he says. "You want to go out with her or date her, it's fine" I say. "No she's just a friend" he says. "Didn't look like it when you were laughing at whatever she said and then kissed her, oh and when you had your arm around we waist" I say. "Come on Amelia" he says. "No" I say. "I thought you actually liked me" I whisper. "Amelia please" He starts to plead. "Can you go" I ask finally looking at him. I can see the hurt in his eyes. "Please just go" I say. He walks out of my room closing my door.
I sit in my room crying a little more. The lights off again. My mind filled with memories of Corey and I, when I as cancer and of Jonah and I. It all hurts. I push away the people I love I don't blame Corey for cheating. I was never a good girlfriend anyway. Maybe I should just let the cancer take me. If I even have it which I know I do. I end up falling into an uneasy sleep of horrible dreams and thoughts.
I wake up the next morning and see Daniel at the end of my bed. "Hey, I bought you breakfast" he says revealing a plate of eggs bacon toast and barbecue sauce. "Thanks" I mumble sitting up. He gives me the plate and cutlery. "How are you feeling?" He asks. "The same" I whine. "Your getting your test results today right?" He asks. "It's gonna be positive for some type of cancer" I tell him. "Don't think like that" Daniel says. I sit there thinking those things while eating.
I walk out of the doctors office in a daze. I see Logan, Harvey and Daniel all standing there. They all come up to me. "Positive for stage two leukaemia" I say. "Oh shit" Logan says hugging me. "I start chemo when we get back to LA" I say. We walk out and see the other across the street. Jonah with Maddy. "Logan!" Jack calls. He comes over. "Why were you guys in the doctors surgery?" He asks. Corbyn, Jonah Zach and Maddy come behind Jack. "Just making sure Millie is ok" Harvey says. "Well were gonna get food if you want to tag along" Zach says. "Why not" I say shrugging. Logan looks at me questioning my choice. "Give it a rest" I say to him.
"What's with the envelope?" Jack asks. "Shit" I mumble. "Language" Zach says. I look at Logan. He nods. Oh crap. "Uhh, we'll. Turns out I'm not fine" I say. "What happened?" Corbyn asks. "I've got leukaemia" I say. Thy look at me in shock. "Your taking it well" Jack says. "It's the second time" I say. They all stare at me in shock. "What going on?" Jonah asks coming back with Maddy. I glare at the guys. They shut up. "Later" Jack says. He shrugs it off as Maddy slides into the seat beside him. We continue to eat and drink. We talk a little. Not much.
"See ya Maddy" Jonah says kissing her cheek. My heart breaks and it takes my entire will power not to kill her. Shit I'm Jealous. "So what's up with you?" He asks. "Uh, we'll I'm not actually ok" I say. "At the doctors I was told I have stage two leukaemia" I say. "What, how why?" He asks. "I've had it before, last year" I say. "Why didn't you tell us?" He asks. "I just don't want people to know" I say. We continue talking about it for a little. "Well I gotta get ready, I'll see you there" I say. "Bye" Jonah says walking into his room as I walk into mine.
