Yi Su's POV
I wanted to be really sure of the location of BTS before I went because both me and Ji Su know that if we get caught around there we will get sent back inside so we have to be sure. So while Ji Su continues to research about that I have a few doubts of my own that I have to clear up. I grabbed my laptop and turned it on. Whilst it was loading I went and made myself a cup of tea - I like tea way more than coffee so yeah. I sipped it and went to look for Ji Su.
"Ji Su. Ji Su, where are you? Do you know the name of any heritage websites? Ji Su!!! Stop blanking me." I yelled as I walked round and round the apartment looking for her. I was tired so I just assumed that she went to look for the address.
I walked into my room and sat at the study desk. After an hour of searching up websites I finally found a reliable website that doesn't ask for unnecessary data. This website was more like an online catalogue of citizens from deceased people to alive people and from people before 100 AD. On the website in the appropriate field you have to search the name of the citizen you want to find out about. There were the three boxes to search up names in. They were called active, inactive and removed. I wondered what the removed field was all about. This is a government website. I shrugged it off and searched my name in active. My information popped up about my mum and her mum and dad. There was family information dating back to 700 AD!!! But I noticed something. All this information was either mine or my mum's, none of my dad's... I went back to the homepage and this time I searched up my dad's name in active. I really hoped he wasn't inactive. My laptop whirred and loaded whilst looking for my files. I wondered why it was taking so long. Come on, come on... It finished loading and a messaged popped up on the screen. 3 words that worried me bad.
No results found.
I was trembling all over. I went back to the homepage and my hand shook as it moved the cursor to hover over inactive. I clicked it and searched up me dad's name once again. The whirring started again and didn't stop for a while. I waited patiently. I really hoped that he wasn't in the removed section. Whatever that is... The whirring died out as I was given results. Tears unconsciously rolled down my cheeks. My dad was inactive AKA dead! I read through his history. All the information was listed. Even the cause of his death was there.
Sentenced to be shot in public by the army for unpatriotic acts against the government.
Information on his parents wife and children were there. Emphasis on children not child. I read under the children section and this is what I was given.
On April 19th and 20th 2000 Yi Sung Min's wife, Yena, gave birth to identical twins at 23:59 and 00:01. They were a very rare case of twins who were born on two different dates but still differ in age by minutes. The elder one Yi Eun was born on the 19th of April and has star sign Aries. Her younger sibling Yi Su was born 2 minutes later on April 20th, her star sign is considered officially Taurus but she is known to have traits of Aries too because she was born on the cusp where the dates change over.
I was right... I have an unnie!!! That's great news. I thought my life was in shambles again about a minute ago because I have no living people who I can call family but all of that has changed in seconds. It won't be hard to find her because I know what she looks like. She looks just like me!!!
